| In recent years, the outbreak frequency of global water pollution accident increased, made great damage and loss to social production and environmental safety. Yellow River is the water supply resource of eight provinces of the Northwest and North China. As for the fast economic development along the Yellow River region, the water demand increased. The water quality of the Yellow River dropped dramatically and water pollution incidents have occurred frequently. In this paper, the water pollution incident early warning model and its risk assessment methodology are developed along the typical section from Xiaolangdi dam to estuary of Yellow River.This paper focuses on following studies:(1) Water pollution accident Ecological Risk Assessment System development along Yellow River Basin. Xiaolangdi reach below is selected as a typical river, according to the findings of pollution sources, the source of identifying the risk of accidents and environmental factors; according to the findings of the Yellow River indigenous aquatic species, at different trophic levels of ecological risk receptor risk factors for toxicity testing, USEPA ecological risk evaluation system, the establishment of a suitable Yellow River Basin river water pollution incident risk assessment methodology.(2) Water pollution accident early warning modeling and simulation along Yellow River Basin. Based on DHI mike21software hydrodynamic (Flow Model FM) and water quality (EcoLabã€AD) module as tools, take geo-statistical analysis module of GIS to practice the three-dimensional terrain difference, hydrodynamic-water quality coupled numerical model of the study area is established, which is used to research the hydrodynamic changes and contaminant transport diffusion law. based on this model, the outbreak of the accidents under designed hydrological conditions and accident conditions are demonstrated, to simulate specific target pollutants distribution and intensity variations of the one and two-dimensional space-time characteristics on the study area. The data of the model will not only be used to divide ecological risk zone of different level, but also provide technical support for the warning and forecast of Yellow River water pollution accident.(3) The results expression and interpretation of water pollution accident ecological risk assessment. Based on the early warning model and ecological risk evaluation system, the accident simulation results under different design conditions are expressed and interpreted, providing scientific basis and technical support to decision-making departments for sudden water pollution incident prevention and response. |
