Research On Quality Management Of DNA Primer Synthesis For G Company

DNA primer synthesis market is a market segment of life science research services.Many scientific researches need to use gene primer,such as gene synthesis,gene therapy,nucleic acid drugs,biological engineering,etc.With the rapid development of the life science industry,DNA primers have been widely used.Since 2006,the life science service industry in China has shown a rapid development trend and entered a stage of rapid growth after 2009.DNA synthesis primer business is the main business of G company,accounting for30%-40% of the group’s sales.With the increasingly fierce market competition,G company’s primer quality is unstable,which causes a lot of negative impact on customer satisfaction,leading to G company’s declining position in the primer synthesis industry.Therefore,it has become an indispensable part of G company’s development strategy to study the core factors that affect the quality of primer synthesis,improve the stability of G company’s primer synthesis quality,improve customer satisfaction and enhance G company’s core competitiveness.In this thesis,the basic situation of primer synthesis production management in G company was fully introduced,the current situation of primer synthesis quality management and the existing problems were analyzed,and the correlation between customer demand of DNA primer and production process was studied by using the idea and method of quality function expansion.First,customers’ main requirements for DNA primers and quality feedback from customers were summarized,and customer requirements were classified from four aspects of quality,delivery,cost and preservation.Priority of customer requirements was obtained through relative importance analysis.Secondly,the correlation between customer priority and primer synthesis production process was analyzed to find out several factors that have strong correlation with customer demand,so as to obtain the core factors that affect the quality of gene primer synthesis.On this basis,focusing on these core factors,the key research was carried out to find out the existing problems,and the optimization scheme of DNA primer synthesis quality management was put forward from four aspects of improving equipment accuracy,improving process quality level,strengthening raw material quality control and improving quality management ability.Finally,the implementation effect of the optimization scheme was evaluated,and the continuous improvement measures for the synthesis quality of G company’s DNA primers were proposed.
