A Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Vulnerability Of Tourism Environment In The South China Sea Islands

The development of tourism in the South China Sea islands is in the early stages of development.The lack of awareness of environmental protection and the lack of reserves of basic theories of sustainable development have led to a decline in the environmental quality of the South China Sea islands.The sustainable development of island tourism in the islands of the South China Sea is facing great challenges,and the study of tourism sustainability is urgent.The sustainable development of island tourism is a process that continuously restrains the vulnerability and thus achieves a spiraling rise.The vulnerability of the island tourism environment is the core issue of the sustainable development of island tourism.The South China Sea island tourism development has strong environmental sensitivity,political sensitivity and social sensitivity due to its own geographical environment and policy background.The development of island tourism in the South China Sea is different from the development of island tourism in other regions of my country.It is necessary to innovate and establish a vulnerability assessment system for island tourism in the South China Sea.This study aims to provide theoretical support for the sustainable development of island tourism in the South China Sea.Therefore,it has both theoretical and practical significance.This study is based on the sustainable development theory and the vulnerability theory,and uses vulnerability as a research perspective to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the tourism environment vulnerability in the South China Sea islands.(1)This paper uses the mechanism analysis method to analyze the mechanism of tourism environment vulnerability in the South China Sea islands,and forms a three-level interpretation system.That is,the latitude relationship mechanism interpretation system,the longitude relationship mechanism interpretation system,and the shared platform for communicating the vertical and zonal directions.Identify the root causes of vulnerability,and screen the influencing factors of island tourism environment vulnerability.The AHP method is used to determine the contribution rate of index factors to the vulnerability.Likert scale was used to build a platform to unify the latitude and longitude interpretation system and build a mathematical model for comprehensive evaluation of the tourism environment vulnerability in the South China Sea.(2)The typical representative of tropical marine islands in my country,Xisha Islands,is selected to quantitatively measure the vulnerability of the tourism environment in the case.The weight value of each factor is obtained by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Obtain 52 index factor scores through field research,technical tools andquestionnaire data.According to the comprehensive measurement,the tourist environment vulnerability score of the Xisha Islands is 2.766,which belongs to "moderate vulnerability".The study found that B1 tourism ecological environment> B2 tourism economic environment> B3 tourism social environment,the vulnerability index was 2.885,2.808,2.258.(2)Through quantitative analysis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the tourism development of the Xisha Islands.
