| Urban ecological management is a project of fine management,which requires a lot of manpower and material resources for long-term maintenance.Urban ecological environmental protection management is different from traditional projects.It needs to handle and coordinate all aspects of activities and processes.It is more complicated than public infrastructure projects.It needs to consider different special scenarios and management objects in ecological environmental protection.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the urban ecological environment quality based on ecological environmental protection.The evaluation of urban eco-environmental quality is to evaluate the urban eco-environment reasonably and find out the problems existing in the process of ecological environmental protection,so as to better promote the harmonious development of urban social economy and ecological environment.In this study,first of all,through the review of a large number of documents and expert optimization,this paper identifies the key factors that affect the evaluation of the urban ecological environment quality;secondly,through expert surveys,the four impacts of resource and energy utilization level,environmental quality,pollution control and resourceization,and ecological protection are established.Evaluating indicators of urban ecological environment quality in Ma Shi,and using AHP to determine the weight of the indicators,thus establishing a set of scientific urban ecological environment quality evaluating index system;finally,taking Houma ecological environmental quality evaluation as an example,using fuzzy synthesis The appraisal method analyzes the city’s ecological and environmental quality issues,and finds that Houma City ’s resource and energy utilization level and ecological protection are of a medium level,and environmental quality,pollution control,and resource utilization are classified as good.And raised thisMeasures such as reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP,improving the use of clean energy,increasing the rate of urban green space,and optimizing the centralized treatment of urban domestic sewage. |
