Study On The Influence Of Green Entrepreneurship Orientation On Entrepreneurship Performance

China has always been a big agricultural country,and agricultural development plays an important role in China’s political and economic work.In order to stabilize the economic development of agriculture,the state has issued many policies to benefit farmers,but some enterprises only pursue economic benefits,ignore social responsibilities,and violate production and operation.As a result,a series of problems such as natural problems,environmental pollution problems,and food safety problems have occurred frequently.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out green upgrading and transformation of traditional agricultural enterprises.As leading agricultural enterprises,leading agricultural enterprises have a guiding role to play in the development of agricultural enterprises,studying the impact of their green entrepreneurial orientation on their entrepreneurial performance,and on the one hand,helping enterprises to accurately identify the role of green entrepreneurial orientation.In order to improve the performance of enterprises in the targeted choice of entrepreneurial orientation;On the other hand,it can provide a reference basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the impact of green entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the review of relevant research documents,224 leading agricultural enterprises in Jiangxi province were taken as the research samples,and according to the characteristics of their green entrepreneurship orientation,a green entrepreneurship orientation and entrepreneurial performance index system was constructed.The impact of green entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial performance is investigated through empirical analysis such as correlation analysis,structural equation model analysis,regression analysis and so on.Through the analysis,the following results are obtained: First,the green entrepreneurship orientation of enterprises consists of five dimensions,including environmental orientation,profit orientation,innovation orientation,pre-movement orientation,and adventure orientation.The entrepreneurial performance includes two dimensions: financial performance and growth performance;Second,the different dimensions of green entrepreneurship orientation have different impacts on corporate performance.Overall,green entrepreneurship orientation has positive positive effects on growth performance and has different effects on financial performance.Among them,environmental orientation,profit orientation,innovation orientation,and adventure orientation have positive impact on the growth performance of enterprises,while innovation orientation and adventure orientation have positive positive impact on the financial performance of enterprises.Finally,based on the above research results,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to guide agricultural leading enterprises to start green business properly,and points out the shortcomings of the research and the direction that needs to be improved in the later period.
