This research focuses on the harmless treatment process of fermentation mycelium in the pharmaceutical industry,and conducts research on the practical problems of residual antibiotics in the production of penicillin during the production of penicillin.Through the application of biodegradation methods,we explore a harmless treatment process with mild reaction and low energy consumption and form a practical technology.This research will lay the foundation for the high-value and comprehensive utilization of solid waste in the pharmaceutical industry.The paper completes the following aspects:Firstly,optimize the bacterial strain for KDSPL-02,a high-effective degradation bacteria strain which has been selected by the laboratory with the technology of UV mutagenesis.Secondly,the optimum conditions for the fermentation of KDSPL-02 are discussed.The optimum carbon source is liquid sugar and nitrogen source is yeast extract,the trace elements are nickel chloride,cobalt chloride,sodium molybdate and aminobenzoic acid,in addition to this,the inducer was penicillin.The optimum p H value is 7-8,temperature is 30-35oC.Thirdly,the optimum degradation conditions are discussed.The optimum degradation condition is p H at 7-9,temperature at 30-35oC,and the optimum initial concentration of penicillin is below 1.2 g/L.In addition,we also find that the light could effectively promote the degradation rate of penicillin by KDSPL-02.Fourthly,the conditions of cells immobilization of KDSPL-02 have been studied.It is determined that the immobilization method is sodium alginate-PVA method,and the formulation is PVA 4%,sodium alginate 2%,and calcium chloride 2%.Finally,a biologically-enhanced degradation-separation coupling process based on an expanded bed separation equipment is constructed,and the harmless treatment of fermentation mycelium in the pharmaceutical industry is initially achieved.And we found that approximately 55 ml of KDSPL-02 suspension(OD600 2.5)was required to completely degrade the residual penicillin in one ton of fermentation mycelium..
