Nowadays,the industrial pollution sources in Wuzhong District are concentrated and distributed,and the pollutants are transported,migrated and transformed between the towns through the atmospheric circulation,resulting in the interrelation of air pollution among the towns and the high concentration of pollutants overlaped in the time and space,resulting in mutual coupling of pollutants,the formation of regional atmospheric complex pollution,leading to the implementation of air pollution control work without delay.To control atmospheric pollution and improve air quality in Wuzhong District,we must first find out the sources of pollution in the region,and then master the main causes of regional air pollution,so carry out industrial air pollution emissions inventory investigation,find out the region’s industrial emissions Status,the establishment of the region’s industrial air pollution source inventory database,has become a good moment to do an important foundation for air pollution prevention and control work.In addition,the mathematical relationship model of the interaction between different atmospheric pollutants emission was established by using regression mathematical statistics method,which provided the theoretical basis and method for accounting the discharge of conventional pollutants from industrial sources in Wuzhong District.The results showed that:(1)Based on the survey results of the industrial air pollution source emission inventory in 2012-2013 in Wuzhong and the calculation of the emission factors of air pollution sources,it was found that among the 339 enterprises surveyed in the eastern,central and western regions,SO2,NOx,VOCs and PM(Particulate Matter)emissions,and found that the proportion of VOCs and PM in each district was higher than that of SO2 and NOx.In addition,based on the analysis of the location quotient space of different pollutants in different towns,the studys indicated that Luzhi Town,Mudu Town,Guoxiang Street and Xukou Town should be the key areas of air pollutant control and concentration control,among which the air pollution control in Luzhi Town was the most important one.(2)The study also found that the emissions of different air pollutants in the industrial sources in Wuzhong District had significant correlation with P≤0.01,which could quantitatively predict the emission of other pollutants by the emission of certain pollutants to a certain extent(SO2,NOx,PM,PM10 and PM2.5;NOx、VOCs、PM、PM10、PM2.5;VOCs、PM、PM10 and PM2.5;PM、PM10 and PM2.5);the mathematical relationship between the emission of conventional atmospheric pollutants(VOCs,SO2,PM,PM10 and PM2.5)was established by using multivariate linear regression mathematical statistic method for the above significant correlation data.Model,can be more convenient accounting District resolution Wuzhong District industrial sources of atmospheric emissions of conventional pollutants inventory.(3)The paper put forward the direction of improving the environmental air quality and the environmental management measures in the key control areas and industries of Wuzhong District and the management requirements for air pollutants from industrial sources.By adjusting the industrial structure,perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the responsibility of legal responsibility and economic adjustment measures and policies,legal meansm and promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial distribution,strengthening ecological protection construction,it could achieve the condition that industrial air pollution sources are under control,pollutant emissions gradually are reduced and the air quality gradually come to be improved.In this paper,the research on the compilation of industrial air pollution source inventory and its emission characteristics in Wuzhong District is of great significance to clarify the air pollution situation in the region and more accurately simulate the atmospheric environmental quality of the region. |
