Synthesis And Study Of Fluorine-containing Mold Release Agent

Compared with the conventional mold release agent,the fluoridecontaining mold release agent have some excellent performances such as stablity,long mold release life and less amount used.In this paper,a series of Fluorine-containing surfactants were synthesized from perfluorononene as the perfluorogroup.3 kinds of fluorine-containing alcohols were synthesized from pperfluorononenyloxybenzene sulfone chloride,p-perfluorononenoxybenzoyl chloride,2-aminoethanol,2-(methylamino)ethanol and 2-(ethylamino)ethanol by amidation.The total yields were 94.9%,94.3%and 82.0%respectively.3 kinds of fluorine-containing phosphate ester surfactants were synthesized from fluorine-containing alcohols(Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ)and phosphorus oxychloride by esterification.The total yields were 84.3%,83.2%and 82.4%respectively.The critical micelle concentrations(CMC)were 2.60～5.56×10-4mol/L,Ycmc were 20.0～23.1 mN·m-1.4 kinds of fluorine-containing sulfate surfactant were synthesized from fluorine-containing alcohol(Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)and chlorsulfonic acid by esterification.Their CMCs were 4～8×10-4 mol·L-1,γCMC were 22～23 mN·m-1.4 kinds of fluorine-containing polyethylene glycol(PEG)nonionic surfactants were synthesized from fluorine-containing alcohol(Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)and PEG 400 by Williamson reaction.Their CMCs were 6～8×10-5mol·L-1,γCMC were 22.5～23.4 mN·m-1.
