| With the development of the times, surfactant has been applied to the field of synthesis of nanomaterials, enzyme catalysis, biological simulation, EOR and so on. So far, development of surfactant had received a great deal of attention. Acidic surfactant not only can form microemulsion, but also can act as catalyst to improve the yields of some chemical reaction. However, a few of acidic surfactant can't appease people's needs.Used nonylphenol and alkyl bromides as starting materials, we obtained intermediate products by alkylation reaction, and the end products were obtained by using oleum as sulfonated reagents for sulfonated reaction. During the reaction, the 1,4-dioxane as a complexing agent, it can solve the problem of sulfonation solubility, and the reaction can proceed smoothly. The molecular structures of the intermediate and final products were characterized by 1H-NMR, IR and HPLC-MS. The reaction conditions, such as the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and the amount of solvent etc were discussed.We have investigated the critical micelle concentration(cmc), surface tension(γcmc), and C20, cmc/C20,Гmax, Amin of three acid surfactant which can be dissolved in water, and compared with traditional surfactants DBSA. The results indicate that the surface activity increase with the introduction of alkoxy group. At the same time, we also investigated the influence of temperature and salinity on the surface activity of three synthesized water-soluble surfactant. Results indicate thatγcmc and cmc decrease with the increasing of the temperature and salinity. We have performed an experiment on the solubilization of the synthesized seven surfactants. The results indicated that HNBSA has the best solubilization in the four water-soluble surfactants; on the other hand, DNBSA has the best solubilization in the three water-insoluble surfactantsFinally, the effect of the different ratio of three anionic new synthesized surfactant and CTAB on the physical and chemical properties of the interface was investigated. Under appropriate conditions, anion/cationic surfactant mixtures in water may not be precipitated or flocculation, and show good solubility. Mixture system could remove the repulsion between the same charges and form the gravitation between the negative charges. It benefits to the association between two kinds of surfactant ion and increase the hydrophobicity. Therefore, the increase of the absorption on surface (or interface) makes the micelles form more easily and improves surfactant activity. |
