| Roadway floor heave has always been the main factor affecting the safety of coal mine production.With the increase of coal mining depth,the stress environment of roadway surrounding rock gradually deteriorates,leading to the increase of roadway floor heave and the increase of the number of floor repair.In this paper,Huozhou coal and power group Liyazhuang mine track lane as the engineering background.Through theoretical analysis,similar simulation experiment,numerical simulation analysis and other methods,the floor heave mechanism of track roadway in Liyazhuang Mine was deeply studied.Through technical analysis and comparison,the floor heave control scheme of roadway was determined and the roadway support parameters were optimized.The types and basic mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of the track roadway were determined by collecting the core of the track roadway in Liyazhuang Mine and laboratory measurement.Combined with theoretical analysis and calculation,it is concluded that high in-situ stress,the property of floor strata and geological structure are the main factors causing the floor heave of the roadway.By using similar material experiment set up a physical model of roadway under the original support scheme,of floor of roadway deformation simulation in hierarchical load conditions,using XTDP three-dimensional photogrammetry system of roadway floor observation point for data collection,and using XTDP data processing software to deal with observation point analysis,get graded loading condition of roadway floor deformation vector diagram.By analyzing the macroscopic phenomena in the similar simulation experiment and the deformation vector diagram of floor,the basic law of deformation and failure of roadway floor under the condition of graded loading was obtained,which provided the basis for the subsequent proposal of floor control scheme.FLAC3Dsoftware is used to simulate and analyze the evolution law of surrounding rock stress field,distribution of plastic zone of floor and floor heave when the roadway is supported in bare roadway,original support and floor.The stress cloud map and displacement cloud map of surrounding rock under different support scheme are obtained,as well as the displacement of each monitoring point of floor.Analyzed the original support scheme will not be able to effectively control the floor heave,based on this,advances backplane anchor+h beam steel,U steel against bottom arch two new floor heave control scheme,the results of numerical simulation show that backplane anchor beam+beam can better control the floor heave of roadway,through technical analysis and economic comparison,the normal use of roadway safety premise,The construction process of floor anchor cable bundle+I-beam treatment scheme is simple and the material cost is low.The treatment scheme of floor anchor cable bundle+I-beam is determined,and the detailed construction organization design is carried out,which provides valuable experience for the treatment of roadway floor heave under similar conditions. |
