Taking the collapse column of weak clay structure in the main roadway of No.9 Coal Mine in Anjialing No.2 Coal Mine as the engineering background,aiming at the problems of large deformation and poor supporting effect of the roof and floor rock of the roadway supported by the original design of "bolt + anchor cable + metal mesh +29U steel",based on the energy balance theory,the combined method of numerical simulation and similar simulation is adopted.Through comparing the roadway surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation law and put forward the "anchor + anchor wire mesh + fly ash concrete-filled steel wall after filling" let pressure support scheme,by analyzing the two supporting scheme of technical and economic comparison,verify the "anchor + anchor wire mesh + fly ash concrete-filled steel wall after filling" let pressure support scheme is reasonable.Shipped by collecting An Jia Ling no.2 coal mine 9 main alleys of collapse of rock core,laboratory test of surrounding rock density,unconfined uniaxial compressive strength and other physical and mechanical parameters,calculated for surrounding rock elastic modulus(E),(c)of cohesive force,internal friction Angle(phi),to provide basic data for the numerical simulation and similarity simulation.On field observations of collapse column in soft surrounding rock of roadway,large deformation and other related information,based on the energy balance theory,put forward using fly ash to wall after filling,release of surrounding rock mass elastic energy,for the concept of pressure support scheme,through the compression experiment of fly ash and energy balance theory,calculated the thickness of the fly ash filling layer.Using numerical simulation software,the establishment of " anchor wire,metal net" anchor supporting,"anchor + anchor wire mesh + 29" u-shape set,"anchor + anchor wire mesh + steel pipe concrete support","anchor cable+anchor + metal mesh + fly ash concrete-filled steel wall after filling" under the condition of four types of supporting numerical simulation model,The stress field distribution of surrounding rock and the deformation law of surrounding rock are analyzed.Based on numerical simulation,the analog simulation test bench is used to establish "anchor + anchor wire mesh + steel pipe concrete support","anchor cable +anchor + metal mesh + fly ash concretefilled steel wall filling" after two supporting schemes similar model,according to the 3 d camera system model and the stent displacement monitoring results,compared the presence of fly ash when the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,The support scheme of "bolt + anchor cable + metal mesh + concrete filled steel tube support + fly ash backfill" was determined.Through the backfill pressure of fly ash,the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway was reduced,and the goal of ensuring the normal and safe use of the roadway was obtained.The technical and economic comparison between the supporting scheme of "bolt + anchor cable + metal mesh + concrete-filled steel tube support + fly ash backfill" and the original roadway support scheme is carried out.Under the premise of not increasing the cost of roadway support material,the antideformation ability of roadway support is greatly improved and good supporting effect is obtained.
