The development of support technology along the roadway along the empty space plays an important role in the scientific exploitation of coal,and has great advantages in both technology and economy.The structure and characteristics of the support structure of the traditional roadway retaining roadway are studied.It is found that the traditional roadside support technology has low support resistance,poor shrinkage,low mechanization,difficult roadway maintenance,and generally high cost.The disadvantages of large rest and maintenance costs,etc.,have not been well adapted to the requirements of modern mines.Based on the previous studies,this paper comprehensively applies theoretical knowledge of rock mechanics,elastoplastic mechanics,structural mechanics,mine pressure and rock stratum control,and proposes a steel pipe for the key technical problems of roadway support in the surrounding space.Concrete pier column new type of retaining structure along the roadway.The computerized numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and laboratory tests were used to study the concrete-filled steel tube structure and bearing capacity system.The deformation characteristics of the CFST short axis are simulated.The bearing capacity of the CFST short column is tested.The theoretical calculation formula of the CFST short column is derived according to the limit equilibrium method.The simulated and measured values are proposed.The theoretical calculation value is corrected,the correction coefficient is obtained,and the correction formula of the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tubular short column is derived.Combined with the influence of the slenderness ratio and the eccentricity reduction factor,the calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tubular pier is derived.In order to guide the engineering practice of the selection of concrete-filled steel tubular piers;theoretically,the calculation formula of the supporting reaction force required for the long-term stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway is derived,and the roadside support technology with the concrete-filled steel tubular pier as the main body is designed.The engineering practice shows that the concrete-filled steel tubular pier can provide sufficient support force to meet the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the roadway.It meets the requirements of engineering application and verifies the superiority of the concrete-filled steel tubular pier as the roadside support.The correctness of the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular piers and the rationality of the selection of the parameters of the pier columns are studied.On the basis of the research,the innovation of the pier column structure is further improved,and a new structure is proposed.
