The elastic spandex yarn and rubber-insulated wire are used as the warp yarn of the fabric circuit,and ordinary polyester/cotton blended yarn is used as the weft yarn of the fabric circuit.The elastic spandex yarn has good elasticity,which can give the fabric a large radial stretch and meet the expected experimental Settings.Taking into account the characteristics of electronic components and poor elongation of wires,the comprehensive comparison of fabric structure,the final choice needs to carry out three upper and lower twill structure.After weaving the fabric circuit,the resistance of the wire in the fabric circuit is tested,and the fabric circuit is stretched and washed,and the resistance of the test wire and the initial change is not big.After the fabric circuit is woven,g Y-85 nine-axis inertial sensor is selected and the wires are connected with the four pins of 3.3V,GND,SCL and SDA successively.Data are collected,displayed and saved through the acquisition board,Arduino software and filtering program,and joint Angle changes can be calculated through the collected data.After the sensor is connected with the wire,the connection of the sensor and the sensor and the wire is coated with electronic sealing silica gel and air-dried to conduct waterproof treatment and then waterproof test.The test results show that it can still work normally in a full water environment with high precision.It shows that the sensor and the connection between the sensor and the wire have good waterproof after coated with electronic sealing silica gel.The fabric of the integrated sensor circuit is the key in acquisition system,and choose the same as the fabric circuit warp and weft,selected three on a right twill weave,tubular tissue,plain weave fabric weaving the integrated sensor circuit,and makes the integrated sensor effectively protect fabric wire in the circuit and sensors.In the early stage of weaving,uneven tension or excessive tension lead to sensor and wire break;Part of the warp after the integrated sensor cannot participate in weaving;As a result,the weaving process can not be opened to lift the heald and other phenomena,later through repeated exploration to solve the above problems.Finally,the fabric circuit of integrated sensor is manufactured by semi-automatic weaving prototype,and the wires and sensors in the fabric circuit of integrated sensor are effectively protected.After several times of washing,the sensor network in the fabric circuit of integrated sensor can still work normally,and maintain the characteristics of high sensitivity and high precision.Using the fabric circuit of integrated sensor,the collection of motion information and motion pattern recognition are realized.Based on the data after information collection and the image after data processing,the complete movement data of swimming legs can be collected.For the four strokes,the sensor angles at each part are different,but they all have some regularity.The sensor angles at each part of different strokes are different.Under standard conditions,the cycle changes between different strokes are also different,but the rhythm and stroke frequency of each tester are different.Therefore,the periodic change can only be used as a reference for a single tester,and the periodic change rule between different experimental objects cannot be compared temporarily.Similarly,for the testers,due to the differences in height and leg length between different testers,the sensor Angle of the same part of different testers may also be slightly different.Therefore,it can be concluded that under certain conditions,the smart sensor in the smart sensor pants in the process of swimming test,Which part of the change can be judged by comparing several periods of the Angle signal in the sensing period.Can be inferred from this,on the premise of having the right subjects,intelligent sensor in wear pants after the test,to make four swimming action standardization,through the determination of Angle sensor,find out the standard of four strokes Angle sensor,and then use the process of can carry on the contrast and standard data,find out the part and the joint action of different sex,thus improve the performance;Or for the experimental subjects who are injured and need rehabilitation training,the standard sensor Angle is the sensor Angle before their injury.In the recovery process,the standard sensor Angle can also be compared to reflect the quality of the injured part and the recovery after injury.
