Research On Women's Design Of Origami Elements Based On Laser Engraving Technology

Origami is a handmade art with a long history.It has been used in design,education,technology and other fields since ancient times.Origami modeling is rich in geometric beauty,three-dimensional sense and sense of hierarchy.Origami has unlimited creativity and provides innovative design ideas for design.At present,the problem of environmental pollution and resource waste is serious,green design is the future development direction of textile and garment industry.Events such as COVID-19 and global sea level rise make people think more about the relationship between man and nature,and consumers gradually prefer more nature-friendly products in their clothing choices.Laser engraving technology is an environmental protection technology,no pollution in the application process,and low energy consumption.At the same time,the application of laser engraving technology can increase the added value of products,improve production efficiency,save labor costs,so as to improve market competitiveness and economic benefits,while helping enterprises to establish an environmental image.Through literature research,this paper collects,summarizes and analyzes the application of laser engraving technology in clothing and the application of origami elements in clothing.Through the experimental method and comparative analysis method,the fabric selection of the combination of laser engraving technology and origami elements is analyzed.The laser engraving experiment of acetic acid fabric shows that after laser engraving,the surface fiber of acetic acid fabric melts,the gray level changes,and the gloss decreases,so as to achieve the treatment effect of matte printing.Laser engraving technology can process acetic acid fabrics efficiently,accurately and environmentally friendly,providing new possibilities for the appearance design of acetic acid fabrics and products.In addition,through the above research,this paper summarizes and puts forward the design method of the combination of laser engraving technology and origami elements,that is,the design idea of taking folding relationship as the starting point,folding modeling as the starting point,pattern as the starting point and laser cutting as the starting point and verifies the feasibility of the design idea through case analysis and design experiments.The combination of laser engraving technology and origami elements should comply with the design principles of formal beauty,practicability and craftsmanship.In the selection of fabric,the effect of laser engraving on the fabric and the effect after folding modeling should be considered.According to the design practice of women's clothing series,it can be concluded that the research on the combination of laser engraving technology and origami elements in women's clothing is operable and innovative.Using laser engraving technology to add decorative patterns on fabrics can enrich the visual effects of fabrics and overall clothing.The folding line reference can be obtained by engraving the crease diagram of folding shape on the fabric.The hardened lines after engraving can also help the fabric fold accurately.When it is applied to thicker fabrics,it can also reduce the accumulation of fabrics at the fold by etching to help realize the folding shape.The application of laser engraving technology in garment production improves the efficiency of garment production.The application research of women's clothing combined with laser engraving technology and origami elements provides a reference for environmental protection design and creative design.
