| Under the background of the public demand for knowledge management in various industries in the era of knowledge economy,aiming at the problems of knowledge discrete and inconvenient acquisition in the field of knowledge management in the field of injection mold design,this paper takes the knowledge needed in the process of injection mold design as the research object,and studies the design knowledge which can be efficiently and accurately reused on demand in the process of product design and development of injection mold,the main contents include :1)The knowledge system model of injection mold design was constructed based on the analysis of injection mold design process,and the knowledge classification system of injection mold design was established on this basis.On this basis,the ontology construction tool protégé was applied to construct the knowledge ontology model in the field of injection mold design,and the ontology-based knowledge representation method of injection mold design was studied.Based on the ontology model of injection mold design domain knowledge,the semantic web rule language SWRL and ontology reasoning mechanism are used to analyze the relationship between the body,and the relationship between the domain knowledge of injection mold is clarified.2)In order to realize the effective application of knowledge,the knowledge annotation method of injection mold design based on semantics is studied for the ontology model of injection mold design knowledge,and the semantic annotation processing flow of injection mold design knowledge is given,which provides a feasible solution for the integration of abstract ontology model and resource information in practical application from the semantic level.3)According to the fit of storage data structure model and ontology model structure of graph database Neo4 j,the ontology storage of injection mold design knowledge is realized,and then the ontology model structure is further improved in Neo4 j,based on this,a program that can display the knowledge of injection mold design in the form of knowledge graph is developed.,through visualization,the knowledge of injection mold design can be clearly displayed to improve user experience and retrieval efficiency. |
