CNC gear measuring center is a modern measuring device that mainly detects rotary bodies.High productivity of gear measuring center to ensure the measurement accuracy of the premise of higher requirements for the measurement speed,dynamic error has become the main factor affecting the measurement accuracy.Due to the complexity of the error mechanism of the gear measuring center,it is difficult to analyze the error transmission law,therefore,this paper adopts the experimental study of the dynamic error characteristics and its error transmission law in the process of involute measurement to provide a basis for the subsequent optimization of the instrument measurement parameters and dynamic error compensation.(1)This paper analyzes the structure of gear measuring center and the principle of involute measurement,and analyzes the source of dynamic error.With the involute sample as the experimental object and multiple measurement speeds as the experimental dependent variable,the influence law of different speeds on the measurement accuracy of the gear measuring center is studied.(2)The laser tracker is used as an auxiliary instrument to build a laser tracker-based calibration measurement platform.Since the two measurement instruments are not located on a unified base,the laser tracker does not vibrate together with the gear measurement center base.The laser tracker measurement data is used as the standard to calibrate the grating data of the Y-axis during the motion of the gear measuring center.(3)The linear axis and rotary axis measurement data are analyzed.First,the influence law of different measurement speeds on the acceleration phase is analyzed to study the influence of dynamic measurement influences from the single axis to the probe and then to the workpiece surface on the measurement accuracy,and the single axis motion law is summarized;second,the frequency domain analysis of the uniform velocity phase of different measurement speed data is conducted to obtain the error transmission law from the linear axis to the probe.
