The Construction Design Of Bathroom Monitoring Products For The Elderly Under The Path Of Semiotics

The aging of the world's population is developing rapidly,the acceleration of the aging process in China has triggered the public's thinking on how to optimize the quality of life and health care for the elderly.Therefore,design for the old and suitable for the old has gradually become an important topic of research and discussion in the field of design.Sanitary behavior is an indispensable behavior habit in elderly life the decline of bone,joints and other physiological functions of the elderly,the weakening of the five senses such as vision,hearing and touch,will bring risks to the sanitary behavior alone.Construction from the semiotics,this paper products(SAPAD)perspective,with the elderly sanitary behavior through the literature method research,user interviews and situational analysis analyzes the elderly sanitary "behavior-meaning-object" mapping relationship,extracting key points,to explore the monitoring product development process,combing construct semiotic path monitoring under the old sanitary product design method.Apply theory to verify its feasibility,in an ageing society as the old design theory and the practice experience of exploration.In this paper,design topic of sanitary ware monitoring products for the elderly is sorted out,and data collection are carried out from the aspects of relevant product design and theoretical research,so as to explore the existing problems and possible breakthrough points in existing products.Semiotic analysis was carried out on the elderly's sanitary behavior,and the characteristics of the elderly,the behavior types and flow of the elderly in the bathroom space were derived.Semiotics analysis under the path of construction products(SAPAD)components and user behavior significance level,combing SAPAD monitoring under the framework of the old sanitary product design principle,the act of guiding the old sanitary"behavior,meaning,object mapping,mining the old sanitary the pain points of monitoring products,relevance to build product system elements,forming SAPAD framework based monitoring the old sanitary product design processes,lay a theoretical foundation for the design and practical application.In the practice survey,the target user group of the product was clearly monitored,the existing product types and their functional differences were analyzed,and the design output of the auxiliary products with emphasis was also analyzed.The study and social livelihood of the people in the elderly group,take advantage of the intelligent equipment in modern society,from the perspective of theory,the in-depth research of the target group behavior,accurately grasp the design trends,broaden the design ideas,explore new product design method,coefficient of life for the elderly health and happiness of life improve contribution from the power of design disciplines.
