| As a subsystem of CNC machine tools,the reliability of the feed system can directly affect the accuracy of the workpiece,so its importance is self-evident.When the feeding system fails,it needs to be downtime for maintenance,which can decrease the work efficiency and increase the maintenance cost.Through the evaluation of the health status of the feeding system,We can easily monitor the operating status of the system,and develop maintenance strategies in time,which can extend service life and increase reliability of the feeding system.This paper’s research object is feeding system of machining center,and fully consider the current research status,finally completes the experimental design,health assessment of the feeding system health assessment.The details are as follows:(1)Acquisition of key parts of the feed system and monitoring quantitiesStarting from the structure and working principle of the feeding system of CNC machine tools,aiming at the defect that the current selection method of key components of electromechanical equipment cannot fully express the operating state of the equipment,the selection of key components and monitoring quantities of the feeding system is completed through the reverse FTF analysis of the feeding system.Select servo system,lead screw and bearing as key components,select current signal and vibration signal as monitoring quantity.(2)Feed system monitoring information collection and signal processingThrough the two methods of external and built-in sensors,the information collection of the running state of the feeding system is carried out,and the type of sensor,the selection of measuring points and the method of data transmission to the PC are selected,and finally the processing parameters and working conditions are designed.,so as to output the feed system state monitoring scheme and carry out signal acquisition.Through EEMD combined with wavelet threshold method,the original signal is preprocessed to obtain the reconstructed signal,and its eigenvalues in time domain and frequency domain are calculated and screened by PCA algorithm.(2)Feeding system health status assessment and build a feed system health status assessment systemTaking the eigenvalues screened by PCA as the evaluation index,and taking the key parts of the feed system as the evaluation object,the secondary health state evaluation index of the feed system is established,and the health of the key components and the feed system is evaluated by the distance combination weighting and the gray fuzzy method.Status evaluation to obtain the health status of key components and feed systems.Based on the real-time requirements of the health assessment of CNC machine tools,the health status assessment system is designed.Taking the B/S structure as the overall structure of the health status assessment system,the front end of the software platform development selects node as the environment configuration for development,and the back-end design uses the pring boot framework,so that the system has basic management,detection and alarm and health status assessment functions. |
