Agricultural products are indispensable food on people's daily table,and their quality and safety are closely related to people's health.From planting to the final sale of agricultural products to consumers,the entire process needs to go through multiple process nodes.If there is a quality and safety problem,it is difficult to trace back.At present,most of the traceability systems on the market are centralized storage,and traceability data is obtained by accessing a single database.The traceability data has the risk of being easily tampered with,and the authenticity of the traceability information cannot be guaranteed.This paper mainly conducts research on the traceability of agricultural products based on blockchain technology,and completes the blockchain technology from three aspects: building a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system,designing and implementing a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system,and optimizing the performance of the traceability system database.The application and research of agricultural product traceability system,the main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Design a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability scheme.The main links of traceability of agricultural products include planting,processing,inspection,warehousing,logistics,and transportation.Considering the connection of various links in the traceability process,the connection of information,and the security of information and data,Hyperledger Fabric is used as the underlying technology platform of the blockchain.The key indicators of each link of traceability are screened,and the process scheme design of each link of traceability based on blockchain is output according to the design principles of blockchain traceability scheme.(2)Design and implement a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system.Based on the above scheme,the traceability system architecture design,functional module division and database scheme design are carried out according to the system architecture design principles.And carry out the selection of system development environment and system architecture mode,and implement the blockchainbased agricultural product traceability system.Finally,through functional testing,comparative testing and analysis of the system,and verifying the authenticity of the traceability data,compared with the traditional traceability system for analysis,the research has achieved the expected goal.(3)Optimize the database performance of the blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system.The agricultural product traceability system involves a large amount of agricultural product data,which brings great challenges to the performance of the database.When the system is running,it is likely to show the problem of database performance deterioration.This research designs database performance optimization for this situation,and proposes ideas and means such as data partitioning,separation of period and historical databases,data index writing standards,parallel query,and adjustment of database parameters.The system test shows that 100 users can be online at the same time in the system,95% of the requests in the total response time are less than 1000 ms,and the system throughput is greater than 200 TPS.
