| Agricultural products are the necessities of national diet.Fresh agricultural products can improve national living standards,so it is particularly important to refrigerate and transport high-quality agricultural products.As an important means of transportation of agricultural products,refrigerated vehicles can ensure the freshness and nutrition of agricultural products.CFD technology is one of the important means of numerical simulation research for the development of refrigerated carriages for agricultural products.Numerical simulation research can better analyze the temperature distribution of food and understand the appropriate temperature for the preservation of different agricultural products.CFD software requires professionals to operate,and the workload is large and the steps are complex,which consumes a lot of energy of researchers and reduces the efficiency of research and development.The research and development of numerical simulation system of flow field inside refrigerated carriage of agricultural products can solve this problem well.This paper designed and developed a numerical simulation system for the internal flow field of the refrigerated carriage of agricultural products according to the requirements of the refrigerated carriage of agricultural products.The system used QT development framework and integrated GAMBIT software and FLUENT software to write codes and Journal script files.The system is mainly aimed at the research and development personnel of refrigerated carriages of agricultural products.Its main function is to realize parametric automatic modeling,automatic grid division and automatic numerical simulation calculation of refrigerated carriages of agricultural products in the system,intuitively display the calculation results,and the application server can upload and view the calculation results.Through the test of actual data,the simulation system runs stably,has friendly interface and is portable to use,and has good application value and promotion prospect.The numerical simulation system of the internal flow field of the refrigerated carriage of agricultural products is a beneficial assistant for enterprises and research and development personnel in the field of refrigerated carriage.It can carry out numerical simulation calculation of the refrigerated carriage of agricultural products efficiently,which plays a great role in the field of refrigerated carriage and has enlightenment significance for the secondary development of software. |
