| Wet flue gas desulfurization technology with high efficiency is being applied most widely for control technology of SO2 all over the world. In this paper, the spray absorber with inner diaphragm based on the 600MW unit has been simulated by FLUENT software. By the use of structuralized/non-structuralized hybrid grid technology,the standard k -εturbulent model which describe the flue gas turbulent motion in the tower,the Discrete Phase Model which trace the movement of droplets, Droplet Evaporation Model which describe droplets evaporation process,Discrete Random Walk model which describe the turbulent motion in fluent to the movement of droplets,the gas-liquid fluid flow field and pressure field of different design and operation conditionings in spraying tower were simulated with the SIMPLE calculation method. Simulation results showed: The column absorber's arc face can make the symmetrical ingoing gas circumgyrate and restrained effluxion. Slurry spraying can bring integration to flue gas flow field in spray tower. Spray zone and the inlet/outlet zone made the main pressure drop in spraying tower. |
