The tar ammonia separation process is an important link in the process of coking chemical product recovery.At present,the widely used tar ammonia separation process is that the tar mixture flows from the tar residue pre separator to the press pump to treat the tar residue,and then flows to the vertical separation tank for separation.However,the mixture of tar,ammonia and tar residue contains a large amount of tar residue with a diameter of 100 mm,which seriously affects the operation of the press pump(plugging).The existing solution is to add a thick matter filter between the tar residue pre separator and the press pump,but the thick matter filter is often blocked,which needs to be manually removed for cleaning after blocking,so the workload is relatively large.In order to solve this problem,the following several aspects of the relevant research work.Firstly,in view of the limitations of the current process,the overall design scheme of the large tar slag crushing device is proposed,and the main body is divided into pre separation device and crushing device according to the function.The pre separation device is designed from the angle of buffer and anti siltation.The finite element model is established by the design parameters of the pre separation device,and the multi-phase fluid dynamics simulation of ANSYS fluent is carried out.Finally,the rationality of the device size parameters is verified by comparing the simulation results and analyzing the deposition of tar residue in it.According to the requirements of the project indicators,a multi-layer and multi blade crushing device is designed,and the mechanical model of the crushing blade is established.Based on this,the stress check is carried out to verify its stiffness and wear resistance.Finally,the purchased parts of the whole device are selected and the relevant non-standard parts are processed.Secondly,through the overall transformation scheme to determine the functional requirements,the control system of the large tar slag crushing device is designed,and it is divided into hardware selection and software development according to the project requirements.In the aspect of hardware selection,the hardware model of the whole device is determined and the internal circuit design of the device is completed;in the aspect of software development,the design of software and hardware joint debugging and human-computer interaction interface is completed.Then,according to the working environment,the simulation test platform is built,and the crushing performance test and tar slag crushing test are carried out respectively.Through the test results,the rationality of the overall selection of crushing device and the reliability of practical engineering application are investigated.According to the test results,the device is optimized and iterated,and finally applied to practical engineering.Finally,Some conclusion and future work has drawn finally.
