With the development of economy,the automatic packaging production line has become the crucial in today's machinery manufacturing,and more and more enterprises begin to pay close attention to the related development of automation.China is a big tobacco country,and cigarette labels are attached to the seal of soft package cigarette cases.At present,it is manually strapped,which leads to low production efficiency,labor consumption,uneven quality of finished products and other problems.In order to solve the above problems,a set of automatic aligning and binding device is developed.Firstly,after fully investigating the research status and development trend of the Packaging industry and binding machinery at home and abroad,combining with the current production situation of the cooperative enterprise,the overall design goal of the device is determined.In the process of overall design,the device is divided into three modules: transfer and transmission mechanism,merging and aligning mechanism and binding mechanism.The three-dimensional model of the relevant structure is established with Solidworks,and the stress and strain of the key parts of the device is analyzed with ANSYS.Then,the pneumatic system,hardware and software of the control system are designed.And the motion control card is used with VS2013 to complete the design of control program,and the interactive interface is designed with MFC platform.Through the previous theoretical design,the experimental prototype of automatic aligning and binding device is built,and a series of experimental studies are carried out.Through the feasibility experiment of the device,each mechanism of the device is further adjusted and optimized,which also verifies the rationality of the theoretical design of this topic.The performance of the binding mechanism is adjusted and optimized through the performance test of the binding mechanism.In addition,the efficiency of the device is tested.Through experiments,the rationality of the device design is verified,and the reference value is also provided for the research and development of related products.
