Driving and transportation management of underground electric locomotives and batching transportation management have been in the stage of manual management,with low production efficiency and many potential safety hazards,which has become a blind area of information construction and objectively restricted the safety production and management efficiency of Liuzhuang Coal Mine.Therefore,Liuzhuang Coal Mine decided to develop an unmanned driving system for underground electric locomotives.Based on the driverless system of underground electric locomotive in Liuzhuang Coal Mine,this paper makes a comprehensive study of the driverless system of underground electric locomotive from the theoretical,technical and field levels by using the methods of theoretical analysis and field test.Through the in-depth analysis of the configuration,working mode,function,performance parameters,equipment composition and technical characteristics of the electric locomotive unmanned driving system,the hardware design and software design of the electric locomotive unmanned driving system in Liuzhuang Coal Mine are realized.In this paper,a variety of methods are used,through the basic understanding of the electric locomotive driverless system,such as the basic configuration of the system,system working mode,system basic functions,system performance parameters,system equipment composition,system technical characteristics.Hardware design and software design and implementation of electric vehicle driverless system in Liu Zhuang coal mine.On the basis of satisfying the design principle,the system is divided into seven parts: network communication platform,transportation monitoring system,material tracking management system,remote remote control driving unit,intelligent control unit of electric locomotive,monitoring and monitoring unit and system software.In software design,the system uses the combination of C/S and B/S mode to design the three tier network architecture.The main control software adopts C/S mode to ensure the real-time performance of the system,and the client adopts B/S mode to facilitate the real-time query,analysis and decision-making of managers.The real implementation of thin client model and client zero configuration,so only need to complete the maintenance work on the server.So this system is easy to manage and maintain.The unmanned driving system of locomotive in Liuzhuang Coal Mine designed in this paper meets the actual needs and achieves the goal of unmanned driving.Figure[23] table[7] reference[44]...
