| In recent years,China’s furniture industry has developed rapidly.With the situation that supply exceeds demand,the contradiction of overcapacity in furniture has gradually become prominent.It is significant to use information technology to break information barriers,solve the distribution of furniture,and quickly deliver it to customers.In the face of this situation,the traditional supply chain management model is increasingly difficult to distribute furniture,and the response is getting slower and unable to meet the needs of furniture companies.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a high-quality furniture sales supply chain platform based on the characteristics of furniture.This thesis has discovered a multi-channel supply chain by studying furniture supply chain management,borrowing the ideas of social e-commerce,and combining the special attributes of furniture.First,this thesis explores the customer-oriented role of upholstery designer,applies this relationship,and opens up the supply chain between furniture manufacturers,upholstery designers,and customers.Second,this thesis transfers the business activities of distributors in the traditional supply chain to online,which can purchase furniture online at channel prices.Third,this thesis increases the online direct sales channels between furniture manufacturers and customers.The implementation of the multi-channel supply chain effectively breaks through the information barrier and establishes a new ecology in the furniture industry.According to the recommendation requirements of this platform,this thesis put forward a collaborative filtering recommendation model based on CK-means clustering and implicit feedback,abbreviated as CKIFCF.First,the model uses behavioral data to construct an implicit scoring matrix.Second,the model combines Canopy algorithm and K-means algorithm to cluster users.Next,this thesis proposes implicit feedback similarity factors to predict the missing values in the implicit scoring matrix.Finally,a user-based collaborative filtering method is used to recommend items with a high degree of matching to users.The experimental comparison with multiple algorithms on real data sets shows that the CKIFCF model recommendation effect is better.On the basis of multi-channel supply chain and the CKIFCF recommendation model,this thesis analyzes the needs of the furniture sales supply chain platform and implements the platform.This platform uses service-oriented distributed framework to split each business activity to form an independent service,and each service can be called repeatedly.In addition,the use of caching technology reduces the access pressure of the database.In this thesis,the use of distributed services and caching technology has greatly improved the load capacity of the platform,and achieved high availability and concurrency.Finally,this thesis conducted a system test on the platform and found that the platform can provide services for various roles,improve the operational efficiency of various business activities,and meet the basic needs of initial operation. |
