Research On Structural Optimization Design Of Vocational Smock Of Instant Delivery

With the development of high technology,coupled with people willing to pay for time,adapting to Online to Offline(O2O)has led to instant delivery.From 2014 to 2020,China’s instant distribution of users and order volume has been growing.In 2020,China’s instant distribution user scale has reached 506 million people,the volume of orders reached 22.84 billion orders.Behind the large number of users and order volumes is the result of the hard work of instant delivery staff.To date,the total number of instant delivery staff has exceeded7 million.Takeaway platforms,instant distribution enterprises,courier enterprises require instant delivery staff during the work must wear instant distribution professional workwear.However,the immediate distribution staff shuttle through all corners of the city every day,sometimes encounter wind,rain and other bad weather,the current instant distribution of professional workwear can not meet the wind,rain and other functions;In the process of picking up and delivering meals,the sultry phenomenon occurs in the back,underarms and other parts of the immediate distribution staff.In the proess of riding,picking up and delivering food,mobile phones and other accessories placement problems,the above problems have been to be resolved.Therefore,it is significant to optimize the structure design of the current instant distribution professional workwear.Based on the above questions,this topic optimized the design of fabrics,style structure and function of instant distribution professional workwear,and the specific research contents are as follows:First of all,literature search,observation and interview methods were used to understand the dressing feelings and demands of instant delivery staff,and relevant questionnaires were designed.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the deficiencies of the fabric,structure and function of the present instant delivery professional tooling and the needs of the instant delivery staff are obtained.Secondly,based on the results of the questionnaire and market research,selected 11 instant distribution professional workwear fabrics,tested the basic parameters of 11 fabrics(density,thickness,unit area mass),mechanics performance(tear strength,stretch break strength,top break strength,wear resistance),appearance performance(hard stiffness,antiwrinkle resistance)and thermal and humidity comfort(temperature,water resistance,breathability)and analyze the test results.Using the gray relational analysis,the performance of 11 fabrics was evaluated comprehensively,and the two fabrics with the best comprehensive performance were concluded – 6# and 11#.Finally,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,combined with ergonomics,the author optimized the structural design of the shortcomings of the current instant distribution professional tooling and the placement of accessories.The author increased the design of pants.This not only can improve the unity and beauty of instant distribution professional tooling,but also improve the safety and work efficiency of instant distribution staff.
