Design And Research Of Elderly Bathing Aids Based On Lead User Method

China has entered an aging stage and is gradually changing to a severe aging.At present,China has become the country with the largest demand for assistive devices and the largest market potential in the world,and the market prospects are broad.Taking bath products for the elderly as an example,domestic similar products lack independent innovation,and most products can no longer meet the actual needs of Chinese elderly users.In fact,China has very rich private resources.Leading users are one of them.They can play a key and innovative role in the research and development of bathing aids for the elderly.Therefore,how to find high-quality lead users and apply them to specific new product development is a key issue for lead user research and an important purpose of this paper.Based on the general principles and methods of the lead user law,this research discusses the application value of leading users in the field of elderly products under China's design conditions,the search rules,and the output of lead user solutions,and the establishment of lead user projects and market demand trends,Lead the four steps of user identification and conceptual design,and use specific methods.First,the basic concepts of lead user law and related application cases were combed and studied,and the three core content sections of this research were determined:lead user identification,lead user portrait,and lead user innovation community.Based on the use of assistive devices for the elderly in my country and the current status of product development for the elderly,the Lead User Law has been extensively adjusted to make it applicable to the design and innovation of assistive devices for the elderly.In addition,the research also deeply analyzed the leading users in the field of elderly assistive device design,as well as the toolbox used for innovation,forming the portraits of leading users and the results of research data analysis.According to the results of method research and analysis,user evaluation and user identification of private resources are conducted,leading users are obtained through search,and the solutions provided by them are collected,evaluated,screened and optimized.Finally,the two user solutions that meet the target user's direction obtained by the screening form the final product design solution,which realizes the first design practice of the lead user method in the elderly assistive products.
