Nowadays,bathing of the elderly has become a major problem.In today’s aging society,due to the heavy work of children and the unhealthy physical condition of the elderly,some of them are even half disabled,which leads to the inability to complete bathing by themselves,which affects the health of the elderly.Therefore,there are many nursing care workers,but when they help the elderly to bathe,they rely entirely on themselves.In the process of bath aid,the old man’s way of entering the bath and wiping and washing are all completed manually by the nurse alone.During the process of supporting the old man to enter the bath and adjusting the water temperature to wash the old man,it may hurt the old man’s body,which also greatly increases the pressure on the nurse’s body and spirit.At the same time,the elderly can only wash with constant temperature hot water all the time.Contacting with hot water suddenly will cause harm to the elderly,who suffer from the disease,and they can’t have an adaptive process from a suitable bath water temperature to a comfortable hot water bath water temperature.And it can’t realize the personalized bath and health monitoring of the elderly.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the automatic flow control system and device of the elderly bath aid based on the key research and development project of Zhejiang Provlnce(2018C03G2060125)"research and development and industrialization of the full-automatic intelligent elderly bath aid system based on the Internet of things",It mainly includes:(1)First of all,in order to realize the automatic bathing of the elderly and reduce the pressure of the carers,the research and design of the automatic bathing device is carried out.The combination of wheelchair and bathtub is used to reduce the pressure of the carers to help the elderly to enter the bath.The eddy current principle and flow control principle are used to realize the no need for human assisted bathing.(2)Secondly,in order to achieve the comfort and safety of bathing for the elderly,the curve of temperature adaptation of human body is obtained,and then the curve of control valve value is derived.Two schemes of continuous and intermittent water in and out are analyzed,and the control curve of hot water valve value is carried out according to the constant and unstable hot water.(3)Thirdly,aiming at the water temperature control in the process of bathing,this paper researches and designs the water flow control system,and the function of automatic water temperature control is realized by the cooperation of PLC,temperature sensors and electric control valves.(4)Finally,record and store the personal information of the elderly and nursing workers.In order to facilitate the management and viewing of relevant data,realize socket network data interaction based on TCP/IP protocol,and establish MySQL database. |
