China's social and economic development,accompanied by an increase in energy consumption.The traditional three major energy sources include coal,oil and natural gas,among which the consumption of the first two has the fastest increase,but also brings environmental pollution,environmental degradation and other problems.This is in conflict with the concept of ecological civilization put forward by the Party and the government,and the extensive use of coal and oil is also the main cause of environmental problems such as haze and global warming.Today,when global resources are increasingly tight,The rising and utilization of natural gas industry is very necessary.To speed up the adjustment and development of domestic clean energy such as natural gas is a major development of our country at present.The important link,natural gas and other clean energy in preparation,transportation,use and other traditional energy are different from other traditional energy,which also requires that the related industrial structure has great changes and adjustments.At present,liquefied natural gas(LNG)is the first choice for energy supply because of its low pollution,high cleanliness,easy storage and transportation.In this paper,the LNG project in Ansai County,Shaanxi Province is taken as the main research object,and its project management is discussed systematically.Firstly,it describes the background and significance of the research,combs the relevant literature,understands the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods;secondly,summarizes the relevant theories of project management;third,This paper introduces the situation of Ansai LNG project and the characteristics of its project management,and then expounds the main contents of the project management from the aspects of design management,procurement management,construction management,schedule management,information management,etc.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of project management is carried out,and the item is summarized.The experience and lessons of management are put forward.In the aspect of innovation,Ansai LNG project has realized the refrigerating process of liquefied part of dual cycle mixed refrigerant,which has broken the monopoly situation in technology,equipment and control system in foreign countries,which will help to change the energy pattern of our country.The production cost is reduced and the later maintenance is convenient.Ansai LNG project management is also successful in general,which has some reference significance for other similar projects..
