Bacterial infections and the proliferation of drug-resistant bacteria seriously endanger human health,and the unreasonable use of antibiotics will lead to the proliferation of drug-resistant bacteria.Therefore,the development of new antibacterial materials that reduce the dosage of antibiotics can weaken the adverse consequences of unreasonable use of antibiotics.In recent years,new antibacterial therapies such as photothermal therapy(PTT)and chemodynamic therapy(CDT)have attracted widespread attention.Polydopamine(PDA)is a photothermal reagent with high photothermal conversion rate,good biocompatibility,and convenient synthesis and modification.The local heat generated by the near-infrared laser can kill bacteria.Based on the photothermal effect of PDA nanoparticles,this thesis develops two functionalized PDA nanoparticles for multi-mode antibacterial.The research content of the thesis is divided into the following two parts:(1)Synthesis and multi-mode antibacterial study of copper-doped polydopamine nanoparticlesThe active oxygen generated by the reaction of Cu SO4 and H2O2promotes the formation of copper-doped polydopamine nanoparticles(Cu-PDA)from dopamine.Cu-PDA nanoparticles doped with copper ions can produce chemodynamic therapy antibacterial effects with a small amount of H2O2.In addition,Cu-PDA has antibacterial effects for photothermal therapy.The experimental results show that the nanoparticles have multi-mode antibacterial effect of chemodynamic therapy/photothermal therapy/chemotherapy,which solves the limitation of only photothermal therapy in PDA.(2)Synthesis and multi-mode antibacterial of PDA@ZIF-8 composite nanoparticlesOn the basis of PDA nanoparticles,ZIF-8 was wrapped to form PDA@ZIF-8 nanoparticles.The abundant pores of ZIF-8 can adsorb chloramphenicol(CHL)to prepare PDA@CHL@ZIF-8 nanoparticles.The antibacterial results show that the nanoparticles have multi-mode antibacterial effects of highly effective chemotherapy/photothermal therapy.
