This topic comes from the research of practical engineering application problems,mainly for the reinforced concrete(RC)crane beam subjected to environmental corrosion in the smelting plant,the forces of components with different degrees of deterioration under the action of vertical monotonic loads and low-cycle repeated loading under the action of the change law of mechanical properties.This paper has important theoretical value and practical engineering application significance for this kind of research.In this paper,the reinforced concrete crane beam in an electrolytic workshop of a smelter is taken as the research object,and the bearing capacity and seismic performance of its various deterioration degrees are analyzed and discussed.The main work is as follows:(1)The research status and existing problems of bearing capacity and seismic performance of reinforced concrete crane beams at different deterioration levels in corrosion environment at home and abroad are sorted out,and the main research content and technical route of this paper is proposed.(2)Based on the previous research results,two groups of existing reinforced concrete beams were established based on the general constitutive model of concrete and reinforced material,and the numerical analysis model was established based on ABAQUS software under monotonic and reciprocating load conditions.After that,the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the existing experimental results,which indicates that the numerical simulation model and analysis method adopted in this paper are correct and effective.(3)Based on the above analysis,the reinforced concrete crane beam with constrained concrete material constitutive and reinforced material constitutive under the coupling action of corrosion and fatigue is established.It is under the monotonic mid-span load condition and the numerical analysis model is based on ABAQUS software.Six kinds of concrete and reinforced steel materials with different deterioration degrees were set up to carry out numerical simulation analysis on the mechanical properties of the crane beam under the monotonous concentrated load in mid-span respectively,and the mechanical properties of the corresponding reinforced concrete crane beam were obtained.Also the degradation law of its bearing capacity was analyzed and discussed.(4)Using the numerical analysis model of reinforced concrete crane beam established in Chapter 3,the numerical simulation analysis of the mechanical properties of the crane beam under the increased concentrated vertical reciprocating load in the mid-span is carried out,with six kinds of concrete and steel materials with different degrees of deterioration taken into account.The simulation analysis shows that the bearing capacity,stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of crane beams in different deterioration periods are all reduced in different degrees under reciprocating action.(5)Based on the above analysis,anti-corrosion measures and comprehensive reinforcement measures of reinforced concrete crane beams are proposed,which can provide technical support for corresponding engineering applications.
