Most metallurgical cranes work in high temperature,high dust and even in the harsh environment containing harmful gases.The particularity of working environment determines the difference between metallurgical cranes and ordinary cranes.Once the metallurgical crane fails,it will not only affect industrial production,but also cause major safety accidents and cause serious losses.Therefore,the safe and efficient metallurgical industry production puts forward higher requirements for metallurgical cranes,and it is of great practical value to monitor and evaluate the safety performance and health status of metal structures of cranes.According to the working environment,damage failure form and technical performance requirement of the main girder of metallurgical bridge crane box type,the monitoring and evaluation index corresponding to each requirement is determined according to the three kinds of use requirements of safety,applicability and durability,and the comprehensive and accurate classification of the index is realized.Considering the use environment and the accuracy of the measurement results,according to the above three types of performance requirements,the corresponding monitoring methods are selected and determined for each index,and the weight value of each index is determined by using the method of AHP and expert system,the evaluation system is established,and the framework of the evaluation system is designed to achieve the metallurgical bridge crane box girder Comprehensive evaluation of health status.In Creo 3.0 software,three-dimensional solid modeling and assembly of the main beam and its track are carried out,and static analysis of the main beam is carried out under two working conditions by using ANSYS software.The results show that the maximum deflection of the main beam appears in the middle position when the load is in the middle,Thus,the measuring point position and the installation position of all kinds of sensors are determined.The deflection measurement method based on laser ranging is studied,its working principle and operation steps are introduced,and the sensor selection and the design of laser position and pose fine-tuning mechanism are carried out.Creo3.0 software is used to analyze the possible measurement errors in deflection angle and position deviation of laser line.The ? of deflection angle in laser line is calibrated,the formula of deflection calculation is improved,and through the actual simulation application,it is verified that the improved formula has high accuracy when the deflection angle is large,the measurement accuracy of the deflection of the main beam depends on the measurement accuracy of the laser.
