| Titanium/steel composite plate combines the high corrosion resistance of titanium with the excellent weldability,forming characteristics and thermal conductivity of steel,which greatly saves the use cost of titanium,and has a high application value and development prospect in life,military and industry.Today,cookware used in the culinary industry has different flaws,but because of the good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of titanium,these composite plates are in line with a major market demand for kitchen appliances.In order to realize the complex process of process design,plate preparation,die design and tensile forming,this paper studies the rolling preparation technology of titanium TA1,industrial pure iron composite sheet and the stamping forming performance of the sheet according to the actual demand of the market.Through numerical simulation of the rolling process,the composite plate preparation was tested and verified.The effects of different reduction rates and rolling speeds on the rolling composite strength were studied by using metallographic microscope,EDS energy spectrum and tensile test.Combined with the composite plate composite mechanism analysis,a good composite condition was determined.By combining theoretical analysis with finite element simulation,the influence of blank holding force and blank holding gap on the quality of forming parts of the 32 inch pan deep drawing forming die was studied,and the deep drawing forming die was designed,and the die was continuously improved through the deep drawing experiments on the prepared sheet.The results show that:(1)the strain difference in rolling direction and strain rate difference in rolling direction is relatively small at 40% and 55% reduction rates.At882℃,the temperature is expressed as the microstructure change of pure titanium in air(α-β phase).Therefore,it’s called a phase transition point.Down at a rate of 55%,the highest temperature of TA1 reached 880℃,when under pressure at a rate of 60%,the temperature reached 949℃,the alpha Ti will happen to the beta Ti phase shift,severe oxidation phenomenon,acicular structure is generated after cooling,can reduce the plastic,the plastic deformation ability changed,stability,not conducive to the combination of sheet rolling process of composite interface.Combined with the actual rolling condition,the 55% reduction rate is the most suitable rolling condition.Appropriate reduction of rolling speed is conducive to interface recombination,and0.1m/s is more appropriate under the parameter conditions we set.If it is too small to meet the requirements of mass production;too large,it will affect the composite performance.Therefore,we choose the rolling compound conditions can be determined as the reduction rate of 55%,the rolling speed is set as 0.1m/s.(2)According to the size of the pan we designed,we designed the mold.Using three-dimensional Dynaform software,from the aspects of die clearance,blank-holder force of industrial pure titanium/industrial pure iron composite panels,stretch forming process numerical simulation analysis to simulate the forming of sheet metal after the change of stress and strain,adopted by molds and determine the best parameters of deep drawing,and use made of the composite board drawing experiment in the mold Check the accuracy of the digital simulation and adjust the mold constantly.As the blank holding gap between punch and die increases,the wrinkle becomes more and more obvious.When the blank holder clearance is 1.0t,the maximum thinning rate reaches 10%;when the blank holder clearance is 1.05 t,the maximum thinning rate shows a downward trend;when the blank holder clearance is 1.1t,the maximum thinning rate of the sheet metal tends to be stable and is 1.27%.If the BHF is too large,the flow trend of the sheet will be weakened,and the radial tensile stress in the process of deep drawing will be increased,resulting in thinning or even cracking of the sheet;if the BHF is too small,the tendency of inner and outer creases of the sheet will increase.Two times deep drawing and one time shaping process can get a well-formed 32 inch pan,using this process can effectively suppress the 32 inch pan in the process of forming wrinkle. |
