| In this paper, the process of TA2/Q235B composite panel prepared by hot rolling was studied. The performance of TA2/Q235B composite panel prepared under different hot rolling processes was systematically studied. On the one hand, the phase diagrams of Ti-Fe and Ti-C are theoretically analyzed for the brittle compounds that may be formed in the reaction layer and their effects on the interfacial bonding properties. On the other hand, the structure of the interface, the distribution of elements and the phase composition of the shear fracture were studied by means of OM,SEM,EDS,XRD and other analytical methods. The theoretical analysis results were verified. The mechanical properties of the titanium clad steel plate prepared by hot rolling under different heating temperatures and different total reduction ratios were characterized by mechanical tests such as shearing test, tension test, bending test and hardness test. And the reasonable rolling parameters of hot rolling were determined. The effect of rolling process on the corrosion resistance of TA2 of titanium clad steel plate was studied by electrochemical corrosion test.Research indicates:Provided that the total reduction ratio is 70%and heating temperature is lower than 975°C,the diffusion of Ti and Fe is insufficient during the rolling Process.Besides, there are poor bonding areas and void defects at the interface of titanium clad steel plate, and the bonding strength is lower, which does not meet the requirement of titanium clad steel plate in GB/T8547-2006;Increasing the heating temperature and total reduction ratio is beneficial to reducing the void defects on the interface of titanium clad steel plate, improving the bonding strength of interface and increasing the rate of mutual diffusion of Ti and Fe.Within the parameters determined by this subject, the titanium clad steel plate prepared under the process that heating temperature is 975°C and total reduction rate is 90%,has the best interfacial bonding performance, and the shear strength reaches 184MPa,which is greater than 140MPa of GB/T8547-2006.The shear strength of the titanium clad steel plate is related to the thickness of reaction layer. With the increase of the thickness of the reaction layer, the shear strength first increases and then decreases. When the thickness of reaction layer is about 8μm,the shear strength of titanium clad steel plate is the highest.Brittle compounds like TiFe and TiFe2 are present in the reaction layer of the titanium clad steel plate. If the thickness of reaction layer is too large, there will be quite amount of brittle compound in the reaction layer, which results in the decrease of shear strength. The cover metal TA2 of titanium clad steel plate prepared under the process that heating temperature is 1000°C and total reduction rate is 80%has the best corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of the cover metal TA2 of titanium clad steel plate rolled under remaining process showed reduction of varying degrees. |
