| With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength,new logistics transportation equipment has become an important symbol of my country’s industrialization level and modernization level.In recent years,natural gas has been widely used in various areas due to its many advantages such as convenient storage,flexible transportation,clean and efficient,abundant reserves,and low acquisition costs.However,natural gas transportation is a very important link in the process of natural gas acquisition,processing,sales,use and transportation.As the main logistics equipment for compressed natural gas transportation,the performance of tube-bundle containers is essential for the safety and resources of the transportation system.Utilization rate and transportation economy play a key role.Before 2010,the products of tube-bundle containers for the transportation of compressed natural gas mainly depended on imports.With the increasing application of such products,many Chinese companies independently developed various types of tube-bundle containers.However,these products are in the design,In the production process,traditional methods are usually used for structural design and strength checking.With the increasing demand for tube-bundle containers in the international market,the export of compressed natural gas tube-bundle containers has become one of the future development goals of equipment manufacturers,and the international certification of products has become a restrictive factor in the export of such products.Based on the requirements of JB4732,EN13807 and other relevant domestic and foreign standards,this paper takes a GSX10-2210-CNG-25 compressed natural gas tube bundle container as the analysis object,and uses the finite element analysis method to study the CAE analysis technology of the compressed natural gas tube bundle container.The paper uses Solid Works drawing software to construct geometric models of compressed natural gas tube-bundle container gas cylinders and transportation frames;uses ANSYS finite element analysis software to perform structural stress calculations and strength checks under different load conditions.The gas cylinders are mainly To study the influence of different loads on the structure under working pressure and test pressure,the transportation frame mainly studies the impact of gas cylinder impact load and the frame’s own inertial load on the frame structure under different working conditions such as emergency braking,emergency turning,road bumps and bumps.According to the difference in the main load of the gas cylinder and the transportation frame and its own structural characteristics,it is necessary to carry out linearization analysis respectively.According to the JB4732 standard,different evaluation methods for checking the gas cylinder and the frame structure are proposed,and finally a complete set of tube bundles is formed.The technical scheme for checking the structural strength of the portable container.The CAE analysis technology research of tube-bundle containers for transporting compressed natural gas can not only provide theoretical basis for the safety and reliability of special logistics transportation equipment such as tube-bundle containers,shorten the development cycle of new products,but also provide complete design certification for export products.Technical data to meet the needs of different users.This technical achievement has been applied in the certification of CNG tube-bundle container export products of a certain company.The technical information provided meets the basic requirements of the certification company.The CAE analysis technology can be promoted and applied in the design of tube-bundle container products. |
