Amorphous alloy materials have many excellent properties and can replace traditional machined steel and titanium alloy materials to produce precise and complex components.In the aspect of engineering application,rapid progress has been made in the theoretical research of die casting of Zr-based amorphous alloy due to its good mechanical properties.However,in the field of practical application,the die-casting of Zr-based amorphous alloy components still has difficulties in the preparation of master alloy and component forming,and the lack of low-cost smelting technology of master alloy and engineering equipment and process of component processing makes it difficult to achieve the stability control of alloy structure.Aiming at the problems of Zr-based amorphous alloy die casting process,this paper took Zr64.9Al7.9Ni10.7Cu16.5material as the research object,carried out a series of process experiments,through improving the short process preparation equipment and solve the problem of the parent alloy preparation difficult,and through the development of vacuum induction die casting device and process to realize the processing of Zr-based amorphous alloy components.Innovation research was carried out from the perspective of engineering application.Through the transformation of short process casting equipment and process,the relationship between the preparation process and the structural forming and filling ability of Zr-based amorphous alloy was explored to realize the optimal process conditions.The influence of melt temperature,mold temperature,injection velocity and pressure on the amorphous formation and forming structure was studied.It was found that with the increase of melt temperature,melt cooling rate decreased,and oxygen content increased.The amorphous formation experienced a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the compression strength also experienced a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The melt temperature range of amorphous formation for processing components with different structural thicknesses is in the range of 1250K to 1450K.Mold temperature increase can promote the formation of amorphous,and improve the mold filling ability and surface quality of samples,but too high temperature will affect the formation of amorphous,the optimal temperature is 353K.Injection velocity and pressure will affect the mold filling ability and surface quality of amorphous alloy components.For thin-walled components,injection velocity should be controlled in the range of1.2~1.5m/s,injection pressure can be valued in the range of 8-9MPa,and for thick-walled simple components,injection velocity should be between 0.45~0.6m/s,and injection pressure should be between 11~12MPa.In Zr base amorphous alloy die casting forming process,the use of the renovation engineering short process preparation equipment to realize the melt non-contact precision temperature control,the preparation of uniform composition,fill a complete new mould using master alloy ingot,and mold temperature is realized by using coiled type oil preheating,able to control the melt refining process achieve the optimum technology parameters,promote amorphous formation at the same time,to obtain the strong artifacts filling ability,formation of amorphous material components forming technology can be used to achieve stable quality components batch preparation,so the research of the thesis can promote the important significance of the application field of amorphous alloy engineering. |
