Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's modern industrial construction,corridor is the main channel for the conversion of raw materials in industrial production process,which is widely used in coal mining enterprises.However,at present,the theoretical research of the existing belt conveyor corridor lags behind the engineering practice.Therefore,the experimental and theoretical research on the structure of the existing industrial belt conveyor corridor needs to be further explored.Based on the steel truss structure of an existing belt corridor,this paper studies through the combination of test and theory.Firstly,Midas Gen is used to establish the finite element model for preliminary calculation and analysis,and the test measuring points are arranged according to the preliminary calculation and analysis results.Finally,the finite element software ABAQUS is used for simulation analysis,and the results are compared with the test results,The main research contents are as follows:(1)The deflection and deformation of the steel truss structure of the existing belt conveyor corridor under static load test and dynamic load test are experimentally studied,and the results are compared with the calculation results of the general finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the theoretical value is larger than the experimental value,the variation trend of the theoretical value is consistent with the experimental value,and the error is relatively small;(2)The internal force of the steel truss structure of the existing belt conveyor corridor under static load test and dynamic load test is experimentally studied,and the results are compared with the calculation results of the general finite element software ABAQUS;It is found that the stress of the lower inclined rod and vertical rod is greater than that of the lower chord member under each load condition;The calculated stress value of the test component is close to the test value,but the theoretical value is greater than the test value,the error dispersion is very small,the maximum error is less than 10%,and most of the errors are concentrated within 5%;(3)The frequency of the steel truss structure of the existing belt conveyor corridor under various dynamic load conditions is studied and analyzed,and its disturbance frequency and natural frequency are compared and analyzed;Through the research,It is found that the disturbance frequency of the steel truss structure of the existing belt conveyor corridor is greater than its natural frequency,the maximum impact coefficient is 1.57,which is less than the theoretical value of 1.60,and has a certain safety reserve.
