Wool fiber is a natural protein fiber,because of its growing environment and the internal structure of the fiber,usually appear yellow or pale yellow,will affect the subsequent production processing and use,so it is often necessary to bleach wool.At present,wool bleaching commonly used methods are oxidation bleaching and oxidation/reduced bleaching,but in the actual production process there are many problems,both need to be carried out at higher temperatures and high p H conditions,which not only caused a lot of energy waste and environmental pollution,but also in the high temperature and high p H,the fabric will also cause a certain degree of damage;However,the strong damage is large and the processed wool fabric is easy to yellow,for these problems,textile printing and dyeing enterprises are often helpless.To solve the bleaching problem of wool fabric can not only reduce the energy consumption and pollution of textile enterprises in the textile manufacturing process,so as to maximize the ecological and economic benefits of enterprises,but also further enhance China's international competitiveness in the field of textiles,for China's printing and dyeing enterprises to achieve green sustainable development also has a more profound significance.In this paper,the cold heap bleaching process of wool fabric is used as the research object,the oxygen bleaching activator for hydrogen peroxide bleaching is screened,the bleaching process of peroxyacetic acid and the bleaching process of hydrogen peroxide cold reactor are studied,the effect of bleaching treatment on the performance of wool fabric and the industrial production of products are studied.Firstly,the effect of different kinds of hydrogen peroxide activator on the bleaching effect of cold reactor of wool fabric is studied,and the results show that adding hydrogen peroxide activator can speed up the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,so that the reaction can be carried out under milder conditions(lower temperature and weak acidity),and further improve the bleaching effect;Then,the best process of bleaching of the cold reactor peroxyacetic acid was determined by single-factor experiment,and the effect of various components in the bleach on the decomposition rate of the bleach hydrogen peroxide was explored.The results showed that the amount of peroxyacetic acid,p H,hydrogen peroxide,EDTA,sodium pyrophosphate,bleaching temperature,bleaching time and other factors all affected the bleaching effect of wool fabric,and the best process of peroxyacetic acid cold heap bleaching was obtained by single-factor experiment: 3 0% hydrogen peroxide 200ml/L,peroxyacetic acid 10g/L,EDTA 1g/L,sodium pyrophosphate 1.5g/L,permeable JFC 2.0g/L,regulated drift p H of 6,dip 2 rolled,The rolling margin was 100%,24 h was treated at room temperature(25?),the whiteness of wool fabric was 63.4 after treatment,the strong damage was 3.15%,and the bleaching system was in the cold reactor peroxyacetic acid In the middle,different additives will have different degrees of influence on the decomposition rate of bleach hydrogen peroxide,in which peroxyacetic acid,EDTA and sodium pyrophosphate work together to form a stable peroxyacetic acid cold reactor bleaching system.Then,through the single-factor experiment,the best process of hydrogen peroxide cold reactor bleaching is determined,and the influence of various components in the bleach on the decomposition rate of bleach hydrogen peroxide water is explored.The results showed that the amount of hydrogen peroxide,p H,room temperature activator 836 A,the amount of synergizer290 B,bleaching temperature,bleaching time and other factors all affected the bleaching effect of wool fabric,and the best process of hydrogen peroxide cold reactor bleaching was obtained by single-factor experiment: 30 % hydrogen peroxide 200ml/L,room temperature activator836 A 0.05g/L,synergizer 290 B 7.5g/L,sodium pyrophosphate 2.0g/L,permeator JFC 2.0g/L,Regulating drift p H of 5.5,second-dip two-rolled,rolling residual rate of 100%,at room temperature(25?)under the condition of treatment of 24 h,after treatment of wool fabric whiteness of 65.0,strong damage of 2.37%;In the heap bleaching system,different additives will have different effects on the decomposition rate of bleach hydrogen peroxide,among which room temperature activator 836 A,synergizer 290 B and sodium pyrophosphate work together to form a stable hydrogen peroxide cold reactor bleaching system.Finally,the performance of wool fabric after different bleaching treatment was tested.The results show that bleaching treatment will have different effects on the dyeing rate,K/S value,sun resistance grade,fabric surface appearance,fabric feel,fabric breathability,permeability,wetting,etc.The sun resistance level of wool fabrics treated with different bleaching treatments was reduced,and the surface scales of wool fibers after bleaching were damaged to varying degrees,of which cold heap bleaching treatment had the least damage to the surface scales of wool fibers.And after bleaching the feel of wool fabric has changed,wetting,breathability and permeability have been improved to varying degrees.Research on the industrial production of products.The equipment was screened in the industrial production process,the bleaching process of hydrogen peroxide cold reactor was improved,the whiteness of wool fabric after treatment was 62.6,the strong damage was 3.23%,and a set of process route suitable for industrial production was explored.
