| Cotton fiber products have good hygroscopicity and breathability,softness and warmness,and are deeply loved by people.The pretreatment of cotton fiber products is the basis of dyeing and finishing process,which directly affects the quality of the product.The traditional process of scouring and bleaching cotton products has the disadvantages of long time consumption,high reaction temperature,large amount of alkali,and serious pollution.With the deepening of the concept of environmental protection,it is imperative to reduce the energy consumption of green dyeing and finishing.This article optimizes the existing two kinds of cotton products(absorbent cotton and pure cotton gauze)scouring and bleaching process,and explores a new low-temperature scouring and bleaching process.Whiteness,wettability and surface active substances are used as inspection indicators to meet the requirements of scoured and bleached cotton products,while achieving energy saving and emission reduction effects.The main research contents and results of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)The hydrogen peroxide concentration,sodium hydroxide concentration,and scouring agent A concentration in the original enterprise process were improved,the obtained sample by better scouring and bleaching process met the whiteness and wettability requirements of the company’s two cotton products(absorbent cotton and pure cotton gauze).(2)The effect of hydrogen peroxide activation system on the pretreatment of cotton products were investigated,and different activators were selectd to optimize the original process.The effects of temperature and bleach activator type on the content of hydroxyl radicals(OH ·)in the bleach bath were discussed.Compared with without activator,six activators including tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED),phthalic anhydride(PA),pentaacetylglucose(PAG),sodium nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonate(NOBS),acetylguanidine and oxygen bleaching accelerator A,can significantly improve the whiteness and wettability of cotton products and conduct large-scale tests at the factory.Thus,low-temperature bleaching was realized,and the pretreated cotton products could meet the requirements of the factory.In the bleaching and bleaching system,hydroxyl radicals(OH·)have a certain effect on the scouring and bleaching of fabrics,and the activator can promote the OH · content in hydrogen peroxide.(3)The better technology for pretreatment of cotton products by biological complex enzymes was investigated.Suitable biological complex enzymes was explored,and oxygen bleach activator and biological complex enzymes was combined using one-bath-two-step method to achieve the purpose of low-temperature green scouring and bleaching.The bettert scouring and bleaching process was obtained by investigating the two types of cotton products through the concentration of scouring enzyme JLC,scouring time,scouring temperature,pH,surfactant concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration,bleaching temperature and bleaching time.Cotton products met the requirements of whiteness,wettability and surface-active substances were obtained. |
