In order to prioritize ecological conservation,boost green development and promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,the requirements of atmospheric sulfur dioxide pollution control continue to increase,the relevant industry enterprises urgently need to strengthen the improvement and innovative application of desulfurization technology in order to actively serve the beautiful China and the construction of ecological civilization.This thesis focuses on the desulfurization technology needs of electrolytic aluminum(Al)industry enterprises.The desulfurization methods of domestic electrolytic Al enterprises were extensively investigated and comparative analysis was carried out from pollutant emission,energy saving,water saving,three wastes emission,investment cost,operation cost and other aspects.The results showed that multi-point injection semi dry desulfurization technology(MPISDDT)has obvious advantages in electrolytic Al flue gas desulfurization.Combined with the specific situation,the technical improvement was performed.The reaction contact area was increased by multi-point injection of reaction materials;the negative pressure of the whole system was created to facilitate the material transportation;the water volume was automatically adjusted according to the concentration of sulfur dioxide;the buffer bin was added to adjust the material transportation volume and the fresh material feeding mode to avoid the material accumulation at the bottom of the desulfurization tower,and the desulfurizer was efficiently used through the scientific air separation process.The new MPISDDT has many advantages.Taking two electrolytic Al plants in Shanxi and Yunnan provinces as examples,the application effect of the new MPISDDT was analyzed.The research results showed that the technology could be effectively applied to the desulfurization of electrolytic Al enterprises with the outstanding effects of improving the surrounding ecological environment,reducing secondary pollution,decreasing fresh water consumption,saving energy and other effects were achieved The comprehensive ecological and environmental benefits of reducing carbon emissions and other aspects provide an important reference for the improvement and innovative application of desulfurization technology in electrolytic Al and other industries,and the work actively respond to ecological and environmental protection actions such as "the fight to keep sky blue" and "pollution prevention and control".
