The massive emissions of SO2 and NO in flue gas cause a lot of problems like acid rain,photo-chemical smog and so on.It's urgent to control the flue gas pollutant,and how to achieve efficient and economic desulfurization and denitrification is also a difficult problem.Dry desulfurization and denitrification technology is the development trend of the flue gas cleaning technology because of the high purification efficiency and recycling of catalyst.Activated carbon is the main catalyst carrier of dry desulfurization and denitrification technology,but the high investment and cleaning costs limit its development.Semi-coke resources are very abundant in China,compared to activated carbon,active semi-cokes have lower price and higher comprehensive strength.The paper mainly researched on activated semi-cokes used for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification,and the main contents are as follows:Experimental study on the activation of semi-cokes.Researched on the pore development of Zhaotong semi-cokes after hydrothermal,KOH,HNO3 and high temperature single step activation,then analyzed the pore development of semi-cokes after the synergistic activation and distributed activation.Finally got the activated semi-cokes whose specific surface area is 502.739 m2/g.Experimental study on activated semi-cokes used for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.Researched on activated semi-cokes used for flue gas desulfurization,denitrification,simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification.Firstly made activated semi-cokes be loaded with metal oxides such as CuO,Fe2O3 and so on,and analyzed the desulfurization and denitrification performance of activated semi-cokes.Then analyzed the desulfurization and denitrification performance of activated semi-cokes under different experimental conditions such as space velocity,temperature,oxygen content,etc.Characterization of activated semi-cokes.Characterized the semi-cokes before and after activation,loading metal oxides,desulfurization and denitrification through BET,SEM,FT-IR,then observed and analyzed the micro level change of semi-cokes.
