As China’s coal mining is increasingly moving to deep areas,rock burst has become one of the most important and extremely dangerous geological dynamic disasters in deep mining.Therefore,how to accurately and real-time forecast of percussive ground pressure,grasp the mechanism and law of percussive ground pressure,establish scientific and perfect monitoring and prediction system,and according to the actual circumstance of mine design a reasonable and effective impingement solving measures become the urgent matter,it is important and profound significance for mine safety mining.Taking Fuxin Hengda 126 mining area coal mine Shuiquan 3 layers of 1363 working face as the research object,through the theoretical research,numerical simulation,field measurement and comprehensive research means,affecting the working elements and the function mechanism of impact ground pressure are analyzed in theory,the dynamic environment of the mine geological with inoculation of percussive ground pressure conditions.The impact risk index of1363 working face is calculated from mining depth,coal-rock burst liability,geological structure,roof structure of protective layer,coal pillar left width,and the position of the first and last mining lines by using comprehensive index method and multi-factor coupling method respectively,and the theoretical impact risk area is divided.From the point of view of prevention and control system,the monitoring system of rock burst for 1363 working face is put forward,including SOS microseismic monitoring system for regional monitoring and drilling cuttings detection method for local monitoring,YDD16 coal rock dynamic disaster monitoring system and coal mine rock burst stress monitoring system.From the point of view of relief technology,measures such as large diameter borehole pressure relief and blasting pressure relief are formulated to relieve the pressure of coal body,and a perfect rockburst prevention and early warning system is established,which basically avoids the risk of rockburst disaster and provides a guarantee for the safe mining of Hengda coal mine.There are 71 figures,23 tables and 77 references in this paper. |
