Mining rock burst is one of the serious mine dynamic disasters in coal mining.Rock burst is a great threat to coal mine safety production,because of its suddenness and severe destructiveness.With the deepening of mining depth in recent years and the development of coal seams with complex geological conditions,the phenomena of mining rock burst is increasing.The study of targeted active measures and optimization design of mine dynamic disasters can effectively reduce the hazard of rock burst,ensure the safety and efficiency of mining engineering,enhance the overall ability of coal mine system to resist disasters,and reduce the losses caused by mine disasters.In this paper,the following research is carried out for the prevention and control of the impact of rock burst disasters under the condition of hard roof coal seam in Yutian coal mine and the optimization design of mine mining area:(1)The general situation of rock burst and its inducing factors in Yutian coal mine were analyzed.It is shown that the overlying hard roof,fold structure and the width of coal pillar are the main factors controlling the impact risk of the west wing face of one mining area.Based on the principle of dynamic and static load superposition,the dynamic and static load analysis is carried out on the rock mass of the rock,and the mechanism of the rock pressure is clarified.The cause of impact accident was analyzed systematically.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of the impact risk of Yutian coal mine was carried out.The impact risk index of the west wing and each working face of the first mining area was assessed by the comprehensive index method.In view of the specific disaster causing types and actual conditions in the west wing of the first mining area of the 3-3 coal seam in Yutian coal mine,a monitoring and warning system for the comprehensive monitoring of both static and dynamic loads is proposed.(3)Set up the rain field of the first mining area coal mine west wing impact ground pressure control technology system:the determination of impact ground pressure hazard rating and risk zoning to impact for the optimization design of the danger zone layout,risk impact of dynamic and static load classification impact monitoring and early warning and rock burst risk prevention and risk relief-Verification of rock burst risk prevention and rist relief-mining normal operation,and gives the tunnelling face different impact of danger of monitoring and control measures.(4)The optimal design layout of the west wing of the first mining area of Yutian coal mine is proposed.The impact of section coal pillar width,mining sequence,opening and cutting position of working face,stop-mining line position of working face and advancing speed of working face on impact risk is analyzed comprehensively,and relevant optimization design measures are established to effectively reduce the impact risk degree.
