In the context of the industrialization innovation of ”Made in China 2025”,the development of the smart manufacturing industry is advancing by leaps and bounds,and thus manufacturing factories are increasingly demanding production stability and efficiency.However,there are currently two obvious problems with production scheduling in many factories: one is that a large amount of corporate cash flow is concentrated in intermediate product inventory and finished product inventory,which restricts the further development of the enterprise;Several parts affect production efficiency.This topic is derived from a manufacturing engineering practice project,focusing on solving the production scheduling problem with buffer constraints and tool change constraints.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A production scheduling method based on Optaplanner's improved anchor chain model is proposed.On the basis of the anchor chain model,optimization and improvement points for buffer constraints,tool change constraints,part chains in parts groups,and scorers are proposed.Overcome the shortcomings of difficult to deal with when a warehouse is liquidated,slow production scheduling,and easy to fall into local optimality,etc.It solves the problem of flexible flow shop scheduling under buffer constraints and tool change constraints in fine production scheduling scenarios where there are few tasks to be scheduled and many products to be scheduled.(2)The proposed production scheduling method based on scheduling rules,in view of the buffer constraint and tool change constraints,the general simulation algorithm may issue a distorted production scheduling decision to the lower logistics system,and the second method based on FCFS is proposed.The simulation algorithm based on the principle of multi-level scheduling is also designed based on the principle of first-level scheduling based on minimizing the difference in production capacity between processes and minimizing production line capacity to solve the problem of machine utilization in large-scale scheduling scenarios with many tasks to be scheduled and many production equipment.The problem of low rate and high inventory of finished products.(3)Developed advanced planning and scheduling(APS)system software using Java language,integrated the above two scheduling methods,and completed the software's basic production line information management module,planning function module,and scheduling result visualization function module Design and Development.
