The key to sustainable development of Gaohe energy is to solve the problem of "three lower" coal pressing in Gaohe energy industrial Plaza and its nearby villages by using the method of layered filling mining.It is very important to study and determine the appropriate gas treatment method to ensure the safety of production in the filling and mining face.The gas prevention and control problems of 3 coal seam layer filling and mining in Gaohe energy company involve the problems of pore structure of filling materials,the heat release of filling body,gas emission of upper and lower layers under the action of ore pressure,gas distribution in the filling area,etc.there are still no achievements for reference in gas prevention and control of thick seam layered filling and mining.Therefore,the thesis takes the high river energy E1302 working face as the engineering background,and uses the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment and numerical simulation to study the gas treatment method of the layered filling mining face.According to the occurrence and mining conditions of E1302 layered filling face,the basic parameters of the filling materials and coal body are tested by laboratory experiment.The spatial structure of the filling body and coal body is studied according to the experimental results.The thermal effect of the filling material is studied by the method of field test,and the temperature change law in the process of solidification and heat release of the filling body is analyzed.Based on the temperature change rule of filling body,combined with the test results of the basic parameters of filling materials and coal body,the temperature change process and gas seepage process of E1302 layered filling face are simulated by using COMSOL multiphysics coupled numerical simulation software,According to the simulation results,the temperature change law,gas pressure distribution law and gas seepage law of the coal seam in the layered filling mining face are obtained.The gas emission of E1302 layered filling face is predicted by using the method of source separation prediction.According to the prediction results and numerical simulation results,various gas treatment methods are proposed.The reasonable gas treatment method is determined according to the actual situation of E1302 layered filling working face of Gaohe energy source,and the gas treatment technology of layered filling mining is obtained.The gas control effect of the filling working face is evaluated by the gas content test results of the filling working face and the monitoring results of the gas data of E1302 layered filling working face,and the results show that the gas prevention and control effect of the filling working face is very good,The gas treatment problem of E1302 layered filling face is solved,which provides important guarantee for the safety production of the high river energy layered filling mining face.This thesis has 55 pictures,23 tables and 62 references. |
