Study On The Application Of Straw Weaving In Fruit Packaging Design

Straw weaving is one of the traditional handicrafts in China,among which Jiading Xuhang yellow-grass weaving has a long history and is famous for its skillful skills and exquisite weaving.At the beginning,the weaving of yellow grass was mainly used for weaving straw shoes,straw hats,straw bags and other folk daily necessities.Later,it gradually evolved into a container for carrying,storing and protecting articles,which belongs to a typical ecological container packaging.As a natural plant with low cost,yellow grass has unique advantages in material and protection performance.The yellow-grass weaving technology of Jiading Xuhang is integrated into the research of fruit packaging design,and strives to make the yellow-grass weaving handicraft more suitable for the aesthetic requirements of The Times.It is of dual significance of environmental protection and non-genetic inheritance to try to use yellow-grass weaving to wrap fruit products.The container shape and structure of yellow grass weaving were excavated and arranged,and then the visual expression form was designed,so as to change the inherent pattern of weaving articles for daily use in yellow grass weaving for a long time and make it more competitive in the market.Jiading Xuhang yellow grass weaving as fruit packaging,yellow grass and fruit combined,a plant and fruit collision,yellow grass weaving contains natural features and environmental flavor,is an important quality required for ecological packaging.This paper consists of three parts.The first part,literature analysis,summarizes the current research at home and abroad and grass weaving and packaging cases.Combined with the field investigation method,we understand and explore the technological process and artistic characteristics of yellow grass weaving in Jiading Xuhang,providing a theoretical basis for the later design.In the second part,"Bai Guo Yuan" brand was selected as the research object to analyze the current situation of fruit packaging,market positioning and consumer groups,explore the application form and method of yellow-grass weaving in its packaging design,design the shape,color and graphics of yellow-grass weaving packaging,and initially establish the design scheme.The third part,further improve the elements of packaging,adjust the weaving skills and structure for different types of packaging,and form a systematic yellow grass weaving fruit packaging.In this paper,aimed at reducing the environmental pollution to the environment of the plastic packaging,protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,will crawl yellow grass combined with modern packaging design,gives the practical value of the natural material in the packaging design,provides the feasible reference for ecological packaging,at the same time hope that this article research on the ecological packaging design thinking play a positive role.
