Abstract/Summary:
Aircraft product data management is the key to aircraft manufacturing.Current method exposes many problems in the manufacturing process.This paper describes that the product data is managed by modules,expressed by structure trees,and transmitted by consumption.This paper explores a method of calculating module partition to ensure the data in product structure tree can be consumed directly.The transfer process of product data is explained.Based on the functions of ENOVIA V5 VPM、DCE and DELMIA software,an integrated information platform is built,and the platform is applied to the development of a certain model.The first chapter introduces the research background of the subject,summarizes the development status of single source of product data,gives the research framework of this paper.The second chapter researches the expression and corresponding relations of product structure tree and assembly structure tree.Based on the fuzzy clustering theory and considered from the perspective of product structure and manufacturing division,this paper studies an algorithm to ensure that each module can be consumed into the assembly structure tree according to the established rulesThe third chapter describes business requirements with the method of IDEF3 from the perspective of ensuring uniqueness of data sources.The integrated platform for designing and manu facturing is developed.The chapter also illustrates the process of data transfer from design source to production plan.In the fourth chapter,the advantages and rationality of three-dimensional assembly instruction form in ensuring the uniformity of data source are analyzed.This chapter studies the functions of 3d assembly instruction compilation system,clarifies the compilation form of 3d assembly instructions and gives examplesThe fifth chapter describes the data transfer process in the integrated platform.The consumption of the product module from the product structure tree to the assembly structure tree is realized.Finally,the assembly order list of the single machine is extracted according to the single mechanism configuration sheet,which serves as the basis for organizing productionThe sixth chapter summarizes the paper,explains the main research results and look forward to future work.
