Blueberry fruit has high water content and rich nutrition,but it is not easy to store and keep fresh.Not only the current damage is caused during the logistics transportation,but also the delayed damage.In order to expand the sales of blueberries,people are encouraged to study their logistics processes,reduce losses caused by vibrations,and extend the storage period.In this experiment,'orchard blue'blueberries were used as experimental material to simulate the transportation process and then stored at 4?.The effects of different vibration time on the storage quality of blueberries were studied.Select better vibration-damping packaging from EPE,bubble cushion and EPS,and Use the maximum vibration time of blueberries to study the effects of vibration-damping packaging on the quality,antioxidants and active oxygen metabolism of blueberries during storage.It was found that 8mmEPE vibration-damping material can effectively delay the quality of blueberry during storage and prolong the storage period.The main research contents are as follows:1.Effects of different vibration time on storage quality and oxidation resistance of blueberriesVibrating different time(0h,6h,12h,18h,24h,30h,36h)at a vibration frequency of 4Hz and a vibration acceleration of 0.032g(g is the acceleration of gravity),and find that the longer the vibration time,the higher the decay rate and weight loss rate of blueberry.The soluble solids,titratable acid,and ascorbic acid gradually decreased.There was no significant difference in the TSS,TA,electrical conductivity,total phenol,DPPH·,O2-and MDA between the control group and 6h vibration(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the decay rate,weight loss rate,TSS,TA,hardness,electrical conductivity,total phenol,DPPH·,O2-and MDA between the control group and the vibration over 6h group(P<0.05).It can be seen that when the vibration time is less than 6h,the damage to the blueberry fruit is small.When the vibration time reaches over 6h,the vibration process has affected its quality and storage performance.Therefore,the tolerable blueberry duration is 12h.In the actual logistics transportation process,the vibration time should be controlled within 12h as far as possible to minimize the damage to the blueberry caused by vibration transportation and improve the storage.2.Screening of vibration-damping materialsThe EPE,bubble cushion,and EPS materials were studied using static compression tests to study the cushioning properties of the materials.By comparing stress-strain and cushioning coefficient,screen out materials with better cushioning performanceIt was found that EPE and bubble cushion materials had larger strain and smaller buffer coefficients than EPS materials,and had better elastic modulus,deformation and recovery properties than EPS.Therefore,EPE and bubble pads were selected for further research.Different thickness of EPE(4 mm,6 mm,8 mm)and bubble pads(50g/cm2 bubble diameter,65g/cm2 bubble diameter,80g/cm2 bubble diameter)materials with different thicknesses were selected.It was found that 8mmEPE and 80 g/cm2 bubble pad materials performed better in terms of hardness,recovery,cushioning coefficient and cohesiveness,and provided a reference for the next step of blueberry vibration reduction transportation.3.The effects of different vibration-damping packaging on the storage quality and antioxidant properties of blueberriesUsing different thicknesses(4 mm,6 mm,8 mm)of EPE materials and(50g/cm2,65g/cm2,80g/cm2 bubble diameter)bubble pads to dampen and package blueberries.The simulated transport vibration was carried out for 12 hours at a vibration frequency of 4 Hz and a vibration acceleration of 0.032 g(g is gravity acceleration).The effect of vibration-damping packaging of blueberry during storage was studied.It was found that EPE can delay the decay rate and weight loss rate of blueberry fruits,and reduce the rate of decline of TSS,TA,and Vc,especially 8mmEPE material.Bubble cushion also delayed the appearance of anthocyanin,total phenol,POD,and LOX peaks.The effect of 80g/cm2 bubble cushion group was better than other bubble cushion groups.Compared with 80g/cm2 bubble pad,8mmEPE material had the best vibration effect in terms of blueberry quality and physiological and biochemical indicators,and can effectively prolong the storage period.
