Design And Development Of Automatic Picking And Packaging System For Bottle-Cultivation Eniki Mushroom

Edible fungus industry is an important industry in China’s agriculture,factory production is a general trend of edible fungus industry development.Due to the factory production in China started late,the technical level is far behind with developed countries,especially in the picking and packaging process still with semi-automatic mode.The research and application of automatic picking and packaging system not only reduce the number of employees and increase the efficiency of enterprises,but also improve the level of industrial production in China,so as to become one of the world’s leading countries in edible fungus industry.According to the current situation of the picking and packaging workshop for more than ten factories,slected the automatic picking and packaging system for bottle-cultivation enoki mushroom as the research target and setted the reasonable research goals of system,calculated the labor demand and designed the layout of the research target in the current semi-automatic mode.Based on the analysis and reorganization of the existing process flow of the research object,the new process flow of the automatic system was completed.According to the principle of using the least number of equipment to achieve the goal of the system flow efficiency,the layout of the mechanical equipment in the system is completed,Optimized the takt time of equipment and then the line balance of the system has been significantly improved.The system designing is not only including the mechanical equipment layout,but also including the software development of automatic control and information system.In this article,developed the architecture and function of automatic control and information system.Compare with the setted research goals,it shows that the design and development of system has finally achieved the predetermined research goals.Although there is no actual application case for the whole automatic picking and packaging system till now,but some factories have been applied the automatic equipment in some independ process.
