As a basic component of mechanical and electrical products,the quality of bearing will directly affect the quality of the whole machine.This paper mainly focuses on how to effectively implement the quality control in the turning process of the micro bearing rings.Based on the analysis of the research and application at home and abroad,the SPC system for the turning process of the micro bearing rings is researched and developed.The overall framework of the system,the hardware and software design of the upper and lower computer system are emphatically discussed,and the example application is carried out.The paper consists of six chapters:In the first chapter,the manufacturing status of micro bearings in China is described,the research and application of statistical process control at home and abroad are introduced,the difficulties in implementing statistical process control in the manufacturing environment of micro bearings in China are reviewed,and the subject of this paper,the development and application of SPC system for bearing ring turning,is introduced.In the second chapter,combined with the characteristics of micro bearing manufacturing,using the general principle and method of building SPC system,the functions and the overall framework of SPC system for the turning process of micro bearing rings are given.Combined with the characteristics of SPC system itself,the design ideas of the system are described from the two aspects of SPC lower computer system and upper computer system,and the design ideas of the system are discussed At the same time,it introduces the application scenario of SPC system.In the third chapter,this chapter introduces the design and development of the SPC lower computer system applied to the micro bearing ring,including the hardware and software design of the lower computer system,as well as the data communication,and analyzes the measurement system of the SPC measurement module to verify the correctness and stability of the SPC measurement module.In Chapter 4,this chapter introduces the design and development of SPC upper computer system applied to micro bearing rings,gives the module structure diagram of the system,expounds the function of each module,the information interaction mode,and analyzes the logical structure of the module,thus realizing the integration of SPC upper computer system.Finally,on this basis,a prototype system of SPC quality system management for bearing ring turning process is developed,and the development and operation of the system are introduced with an example.The fifth chapter,combined with the specific application of this system in the turning of micro bearing rings,studies the role of the system in the formulation of quality objectives,quality inspection and data collection,quality analysis,quality improvement and quality control.Chapter six is a summary of this paper and a prospect of the future research.
